The best time to invest is in cryptocurrency's lowest price if possible. Strategies could be the same as 2018 because I only have one method to buy low and wait for the right timing to sell. We have our own strategies in terms of investment and that is where we get results from our techniques either it is good or bad depending on how we spend our time and effort just to get a good harvest this year or next. 
For me it is the time to win back your loss here in crypto. You need to think a great strategies now. Like what I'm doing I perform bounty while doing trading. Even I will earn a small amount in trading I will sell my coin as a practical decision. Because it is better recovery for me and I think the safest thing to do. And my bounty's salary is the capital that I will use in my trading activity.

in 2018 my strategy is trading to make a profit, but for 2019 I will hold all the coins that I have (BTC, ETH, BNB, IOTA, UBT), because I am sure that by the end of 2019 the coin price will increase very high (I hope that price increases like 2017 will be repeated this year).

This is usually the most common failure we do in our life "buying during at high price". I'm not in negative side or even holding people not to invest crypto but why we never invest when the price at low then we will have huge profit right now. This is also happen during 2017 bull run, many people buy Bitcoin during that time and unexpected falls came by making them to loss a lot.
Anyways, we aren't in the bull run yet and prices aren't that high enough so we still have that chance to make profits when it will pump again.

this year I started investing again because last year I sold all the digital assets that I had and this year I started by giving some of the top Altcoin on the market for me to save until the next year.
I believe right now is a great time for us to invest in the crytocurrency market. Currently the price of Bitcoin fluctuates around $ 6000, the price of all altcoin is still very low. This is a good time for us to buy and hold altcoin. I believe that by the end of the year the market will increase and the price of BTC and altcoin will go to the moon. some altcoin that I think we should buy is ethereum, litecoin and stella.

lol, you know what, it is not even good to ask if now is the time or not. So far as you love crypto, you should always have the habit to be an investor and invest where, what and how you can. Doing that keeps you safer than gambling to touch the bottom and tops of the market. That's quite risky!

The recent hype seems to be lasted for some more days, which may cause a $10k for BTC. In that case, it would be better to get in now. A lot of newbie also entering into the mmarket now. This is a sign of bullrun although the bear wil be huge.
I think so in recent days, when I see the price of bitcoin starting to rise to the top. And I'm sure to buy some of the top altcoins to fill my investment wallet. It's likely that bitcoin will reach $ 10k, but that still requires time not as soon as possible. Beginners enter the market, because they know that the train will depart soon and they do not want to be left behind when buying tickets (Crypto Investment). 
For as long as you got a money to invest with the crypto market and you feel it in doing so then go for it because it's one of the greatest investment opportunity in this generation and we already witnessed what was happened in December 2017 and the chances are that it'll happen again in the future.
