hi zdeni82, i saw u claimed twitter but IoP Address is missing.. for now everybody are waiting for dev team to enable whitelisting and grant access for mining. it could take few days since ppl need time to fill and claim their spots. after access is granted @marmai will announce addresses accepted and post tutorial so you all can start mining.
-> Claiming spots is ongoing process and access will be provided in weekly schedule!

In the meantime you can prepare your node and setup for example Testnet node and claim another Licence Wink

Mining licensens are also rewarded for:

a dedicated Twitter Account
a dedicated Facebook Page
a dedicated Youtube Channel
Fermat Forum Signature (as Hero/Legendary Member)
and others, as seen in the Spreadsheet

1. Do something valuable for Fermat (e.g. spread the word)
2. Get a Wallet Address and fill in the sheet
3. Get whitelisted from us
4. Run the IoP Core Desktop Wallet in mining mode. :-)

sure you can, u dont need static ip. you get whitelisted by your IoP address.. and for running node and mine you can use for example servers like digital ocean or even vultr. or even mine locally with your laptop. i am sure @marmai can explain this better.

I really appreciate your efforts for supporting and encouraging me, but: 1)I can't run the node 24/7, 2)have quite a small technical skills 3)there was something about (Setting up legal entity to protect running local fermat nodes and their business and assets, One representing office per chapter (office, web site, co-working space, etc…), Maintaining the local ecosystem (relationships to local actors, companies, fans, entrepreneurs, collaborators, government, etc), and other kinda heavy duties which I'm not able to do. As a honest person, I must say that.
