@wizzardTim:
Great idea! Very well researched. What do you think, perhaps we can write to the companies that have the thoughts to use other Cryptocurrency and explain the benefits of Iota?

Yes, we should try to do anything that is helpful for IOTA. It is crucial that companies around IOT learn about IOTA now, since IOT is just in its early stages and IOTA can be a key-component in IOT growth & infrastructure.

I just heard about a browser named "brave" which is safer and pays the users (https://www.brave.com)

In the FAQ section it states this:
Quote
7. With whom are you partnering?
BitGo for Bitcoin wallets and identity services. Fastly for edge caching of ads and our site content. Sonobi for intent-cast ad-matching.
8. How do you use Bitcoin (BTC)?
We’re still developing the system, now entirely in the open source on github.com, but at this point we know we will use BTC only for permissionless payment delivery to user and publisher wallets that we will create using BitGo’s APIs. We hope to keep funds in BTC only in monthly payment buffers, to reduce effects of volatility. We intend to let expert users “bring their own BTC” to self-fund their wallets and auto-micropay for as much of their browsing as they like.

I was wondering whether an IOTA cooperation would be useful,
or even a web browser that has similar function (safe, ad removal etc) which includes micropayment support or even reward users in a faucet-like manner.

What do you guys think about it?

What value do all of you investors put on the project as of now? I am leaning towards realistically $30-$50 million (1/4th of Ethereum) until we get the hardware support.

Well, I can't get the test version running yet, so $0  Smiley

Ask in the Ryver and it'll get sorted Smiley

Okay will do.

Yes, but I think we should have an "invite only" room in Ryver, for those that want to test and share IP, just so we can copy and paste.  It seems overly complicated to seek out 5 individuals to share my IP with.

In this case we won't get small-world topology network. Majority will just use those IPs.

Okay, if anyone can PM me their IP I'll test.
