I wait for more than $900. I think the price must be no less 0.1 from BTC price. But the best is zero-correlation with BTC price. In this case, we will get another cryptocurrency for trading and hold without symmetric pump/dump by BTC. I wait for this event more than price up. For the topic question, imho $1.5k is realistic prediction
Do not be afraid. Ethereum will necessarily reach the price of 1000$, but you will have to wait a little. If you have time, then have patience and just wait until the price rises again.

Technically speaking, you are right about the fact that ETH is more potent in the crypto market and in a short span of time; it has been able to capture the second largest demand and the second largest cap in the market. Even right now the values are very stable and it can easily cross the $900 values come December. Bitcoin has some good influence over the altcoin market as well and a bullish run in Bitcoin will definitely exercise the same effect in altcoin particularly ETH.

ETH is way too low at $430 right now. So many projects are moving into there own blockchain because of the transaction issues happening with ETH every now and then. It's hard to say if it reaches $900 by EOY but at some time it will surely reach $1.5k or even higher. It's just that ETH devs need to deliver on the sharding concept which they're talking for long now. If ETH can reach to couple of thousands transactions per second than it will take it's price much higher.
I think that it will be a lot more than 900 USD, it may seem now unrealistic but I think ETH will be around 2k USD by the end of the year.
I'm not sure in your forecast, if he crosses over 1k before the end of the year, then this will be a great success. Its losses are now insignificant, and in the long term that everything will become much better, it remains to wait.

As of now we can say that is realistic because of volatile moment in the market. Let's wait in few months if there will be change in the price. It's hard to say now that eth will back to $900. I would say, you are being safe. Your envision is most likely to happen. I do actually think that by the end of the year, ethereum will surpass the $1000 mark and even more. With most of the new ICO's running on it's platform, it's not impossible to happen.

$900 is conservative estimate, it can go higher than that easily. 900 it can reach in couple of weeks.
From what I can see now, I would guess people are quickly giving up all their past predictions of old ATH and beyond. This means once more people are entering bearish mode and the lessons are usually to take this as a signal for buying. ETH does look attractive still at below $700 which is about half of the ATH it made this year. It just now depends on how long people are willing to hold and wait.
I think $900 per ETH is indeed a realistic target price by end of year. The fuel that could make its price go beyond the previous ATH is the adoption of merchants, corporations and institutions to utilize the tokens in their businesses, transaction wise. During this consolidation period, they could be bagging lots of ETH discreetly due to its very cheap price. These corporations are visionaries and crypto currencies could help their businesses to run smoothly.
