Yep, agree. But hard cap is not the major point when u pick up ICO. Anyway it is worth a shot to pick up really solid project but still has a sense to pick up already dropped coins that showd earlier good progress with development

Picked up Ingot, waves and Wings. All of them have very solid team behinds and cool products. I see that it is huge risk not to hold majority of depo in BTC but I like to risk Grin

Altcoins are always risky. They are high risk investment. But thats the reason why people invest in altcoins. They are looking for a way to make good profit. And thats why they choose altcoins. When they are new arround, they are really cheap. And when they go from 1 cent to $1, they make like 100x. With bitcoin you cant do this gains.
