It does not affect bitcoin at any point if it is used for illegal activities, the only thing it can do is disappointing some new people coming towards bitcoin by thinking that it is not a good currency or something.

Well bitcoin werent made for those purposes, dark or criminal activities, but sure each person does spend and use them as they wish, the same happens with fiat, its curious to see the media attacking bitcoin like the only currencie in the world supporting the dark marketplaces, something we do all know happens several years with fiat.

The purpose of any currency is to facilitate trade, that is it, the currency whether is fiat or bitcoin does not care if the transaction is viewed as legal or illegal.

Unless you are using a new address for every transaction, mixing your coins and using a few other stealth features it is hard to hide anything on a public ledger.

Agree. If there will be a serious checking, a bitcoin transaction can be traceable. And if a case that a illegal one use bitcoin for transaction and authorities are eager to make a research of it, chances of tracing is possible.

Exactly, but still if authorities will really look into our illegal transactions, for sure they will be able to trace it and our future will be compromise. Me, although I know how to do a transaction that I am hard to trace but I will not take chances because what matters to me is freedom.

Yeah I agree with you, this is obvious problem. They only jugde bitcoin, a realise is fiat is have been used for ilegal activity to. It happen since long time ago before bitcoin created. Bitcoin has been created for good reason, yeah it is for destroy centralization. And give customers maximum benefit of their property.

yes that is a fact that it can be use for some illegal activities just like other fiat currency like USD and Euro and almost every fiat currency but there is nothing wrong to bitcoin and bitcoin is not responsible for these illegal activities as it is just common in every society and in every currency.

I think it's different when you're using a fiat when doing things that are illegal of course you will be tracked easily using fiat,

Our only concern is we can see a big increase on the circulation of bitcoin so in that way our investment will grow, that is something we are hoping to happen as for sure the price will abruptly increase, if they are using it for illegal activities that is their problem anymore and not for bitcoin.

We need to concern if someone used bitcoin for illegal activities, if the government banned this coin we will lose users and by losing user bitcoin price and transaction rate can fall down, it will cause the price to fall down
