I have heard rumors of media agencies being paid to display false content on their tv displaying positive news. I have also heard that news channel owners bargain their bribes with politicians, often blackmailing them that they will show proof and content about them which will destroy their political party as well as their career. Politicians hate the media, but they end up paying them somehow.
yes exactly , this is their way of covering their own wrong doings in order to protect their images to stand clear and good to the public unfortunately
Making a big news like "bitcoin is dead" or anything that can cover with their issues, that is their way to cover the wrong things that they have done.Politicians can used different kind of people to cover or to influenced people that they are good and they do right things but its totally doesn't.
they are declaring the bitcoin death since 2011, bitcoin is still here stronger than ever, and every time they declare it dead, it always end up rising Cheesy

I believe that media is not just biased but rather really scared of the government and the authority. There are so many young journalists who have so much to tell to the world but they are limited to that exposure because they think govt officials might screw up their news channel if they hear something against them, so they kill the kid's potential and asks him to live with his mouth closed if he wants to work more.
this is true , I have to agree with you , many of those who try to go against the government and tell the truth , eventually end up on the losing side somehow

I think it is.

Bitcoin use adoption has stalled. Media interest has dissipated. Prices have only slowly continued to decline for a long time now. Bitcoin securities have always been and still are a complete mess, with a near 100% failure (scam/fraud/incompetence/etc) rate. Mining has been concentrated in the hands of a few giant players, eliminating much of the advantage/security/democracy of thousands of individuals being the money processors. Alternative forms of online payment with US dollars (and other fiat currencies) are now cheaper, faster, and more secure than bitcoin (and of course far more usable to buy/sell real goods/services), eliminating any of its advantages as a payment system. Continued decline of bitcoin and strength in fiat currencies has put the lie to the idea of bitcoin as a store of value; there are far better more reliable hedges against inflation. Meanwhile the real economy is firing on all cylinders, stock markets are at all time highs, corporate earnings are higher than ever, unemployment is low, etc. Even amid the boom, no one cares about bitcoin any more. Bitcoin was a fad that lasted a few years, and is now on its way to being forgotten.

Thoughts? Anyone seriously disagree with this conclusion?

What do u expect from media? they are on the bad side remember. You cant expect media to say wonders about bitcoin as they are ran by banks, Bitcoin cant die its a short a simple answer, But adoption will take more time, You can expect everyone to suddenly accept something new, a currency of internet where all the bad things happen. many people still think internet is a scam, you get the point it will take time to get people educated and it may take a while Smiley

It is  just a little problematic   because of the price being low and many losing  huge amounts of money because they bought at the peak, taxes being a problem, and other unnecessary  stuff. It's just a phase and will fade away eventually.

Why did you leave the cryptocurrency/bitcoin world anyway? 3 years is a long time, things have definitely evolved and uprooted from their previous state. 500,000 people use bitcoins everyday Smiley My project idea is still in construction but I think that me and the people involved have learnt a lot about bitcoins and its time for us to contribute our time and skill into something we truly believe in Cheesy
well back in the days I used bitcoin only in the field of mining so I was a miner more than someone who knows what bitcoin was in general until my video card said goodbye to me so I didn't tried to really mine after that and by then I was still busy with college and stuff so I kinda forgot it until lately I said it's time to give it another shot since I have more freedom in my time now

I would advise you to use the skills you already have and connect them with bitcoins. A lot of people think that there are very low paying jobs or not enough jobs in the failed of cryptocurrency but actually that is nowhere close to the truth. There are many opportunities, people just fail to notice. I hope you make good use of opportunities you discover and do justice by it. Good luck.

Can you tell me where those good paying jobs are? All jobs all I see are low paid, Amazon m-turk type of tasks. The serious big jobs are still being paid on fiat.
As for creating businesses, I cant think of stuff that isn't already there. Casino, exchange, already existing business but accepting Bitcoin.. its not as easy.

Good things are never easy. If you're exceptionally good at something in terms of bitcoins or cryptocurrency, you wouldn't need to find a job. The job would find you, but I'd rather not speak about that now. A better way for you to earn money realistically would be to render services regarding crypto or integrate your personal business with crypto, all of which's success depends on your creativity and smartness. Nobody will hand you a manual.

Yes educating people would make a difference, if you are smart and enough knowledgeable that you can guide them and you can earn money out of it as nothing comes for free, and people would definitely pay if they are getting some good income out of it.

These jobs are not just related to bitcoin, but all type of altcoins and different crypto currency technology. There are so many projects being launched every month, its crazy to see that things are actually working out in the real world. I am also working with a bunch of people on a new business venture which will integrate bitcoins into our world and help make things easy, I think its a nice way to contribute my skills towards bitcoin, something I truly believe in.
yes exactly , well for me I just recently came back to the bitcoin world since 2012 and so many new cryptocurrency has been made , it really surprised me , it's really hard to keep track of their names .... that seems very nice , I kinda have the same idea as yours but in a smaller project for sure compared to you guys , looking forward into getting to know your business Smiley

Exactly, and we should also contribute our time skill and knowledge to the people around us who are not aware about the bitcoins, as making them aware would increase the customer base of the bitcoins and would be helpful in the future for the price stability.

There are a lot of opportunities over the internet to earn bitcoins, and lose bitcoins too. If a person grabs on to the right opportunities and uses his skills to benefit his job and himself financially, that is the best way to get paid for part time. Most of the jobs over the internet regarding btc are designed for bitcoin enthusiasts who are young and passionate about what they do.
I may have to agree with you on that , and if i'm not wrong , many new projects/works are going to be introduced that will pay bitcoin as a method of their payment , I've monitored the situation and every year there are new services , so by the right choice , this part time job could even replace the real jobs for some people out there
