Not yet, Btc has started to restore not so far and its speed of restoring is very slow, it is not enough to get hype from this deal, may be later but not now.

In the future the fever will be bigger than this we have just witness and I am expecting higher prices but it is hard to predict when this will occure, some say this year and some say 2019 and others 2020...patience is all that we got left.

I think in general the mass injection of funds in to the market late last year got people excited, and the lows the market experienced got them depressed.
A lot of people have turned away, but they will come back, and so the cycle will continue and the crypto fever will return
Do not think that I am a stupid person, but I think that now there is a test of strength, people are given the opportunity to believe in crypto-currencies, it seems to me that such a check will be accompanied by a remarkable upward movement in November.
