Of the 246 countries in the world, 99 countries (40%) currently have laws that do not restrict Bitcoin. Nearly 17 countries (7%) either limit Bitcoin transactions or believe Bitcoin is illegal. 53% of countries have not commented on the legality of bitcoin and its use in their respective countries. For Bitcoin, this is a risk factor because some countries that have not concluded may impose restrictions on cryptocurrencies.

Bitcoin is mostly unregulated therefore in grey area but it depends on each country. Japan recognize crypto like money so it's fully legal there, US are preparing regulations on per state basis

Bitcoin legitimate do not see anything wrong with it, the state is allowed to regulate, it's a pity whether it is unlikely to get a full track of criminals.

for me bitcoin is legitimate because it does not make it bad for our people, there are countries that are not legal but are being accepted by their people, because it is because they are helping their people, although they have not been accepted by their banks the bitcoin.

Bitcoin is legal in some countries. Compared with Western countries, Oriental countries have higher levels of bitcoin closure.

I do not think the bitcoin currently has specific rules set by the state, and even the government forbids to have bitcoins, as there is no guarantee of bitcoin security agencies in Indonesia.
Bitcoin's legality is highly dependent on the country of its users, as not all countries legalize bitcoin, as it exists in Indonesia,

Therefore, many people are afraid to withdraw large amounts of cash, and generally keep your income a secret from the extra ears and eyes - that the door is not knocked tax and others. Think, that with development crypts in the future as the of course state will want to control this income and tax

Well, in some countries it is treated better in some there is no, in Japan it is Legal,in Russia there is no, as yet Yong managed to introduce a legislative framework, but I think in this 2018, many States will introduce a legislative framework, perhaps its cryptocurrency state, and of course will allow, and legalize the cryptocurrency market

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.
Rather, the governments of the countries would have decided on the status of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.
It will be much easier for people, but it will benefit the States.

At the moment, the cryptocurrency hasn't had a specific rule to apply for all market and all participants. It must be depending on the law of each countries
