yes you are very right legality is executed if the country where we live has inaugurated the bitcoin itself. perhaps my country in Indonesia has not allowed because there are still many jobs in development and development itself where the government has not focused to overcome the bitcoin itself, I hope maybe in the next period in the next few years can receive and resolve bitcoin well.

The European Union has passed no specific legislation relative to the status of bitcoin as a currency, but has stated that VAT/GST is not applicable to the conversion between traditional (fiat) currency and bitcoin.

VAT/GST and other taxes (such as income tax) still apply to transactions made using bitcoins for goods and services

If the banks are legal, Bitcoin is legal too.

Hence Bitcoin is a 200% legal and liquid asset in our modern society and has great prospects in development!

I think it depends on which country you are living in. I am from Nepal and here cryptocurrency trading is illegal. But other countries like Russia, USA are embracing it but with efforts to bring regulations. I think cryptocurrency is not illegal. It is real and the blockchain is more real.

Many countries have adapted bitcoin. It seems to me that only one or two countries have banned bitcoin. But this does not have a negative impact on the crypto industry.

Yes bitcoin itself does not break laws, just like guns themselves don't kill people. People will use tools how they will, and unfortunately many people use Bitcoin for harm

For the time being, the state bodies to look closely at the crypto-currency, trying to understand what it is and whether it is subject to control and taxation, we have the opportunity to earn on the crypto currency. Every jurisdiction is different, Bitcoin is legal in my jurisdiction. We don't have any crypto currency related laws and it doesn't fit anywhere

There are a few countries indeed prohibit Bitcoin for different reasons. There with the thought that bitcoin will damage the country's currency. Bitcoin and will be used for funding terrorists and criminals. But from the development of the Bitcoin, I don't think it can be a problem in the future. And with Bitcoin, I find life easier.

Bitcoin not illegal - that's right(except a few countries). In most countries bitcoin is not positioned in any way. It's not money for most governments. You can do anything with that, but if you have much money from crypto you may have problem with law, because it can look like illegal money from criminal.

Well, depending on from which country to watch. In many places prohibit it, some approve of the contrary. The beauty is that the law can't find the arguments to ban it, but now that bitcoin is growing prohibitively, States consider it a threat to the economy, although in fact they are afraid that they will no longer be able to saw the money of the people.

Bitcoin is not a crime if it's illegal for it to have existed in our world for almost 10 years and is well received and there are now also some governments that have adopted it into the economy of the country. they should not be illegal

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.

Bitcoin is legal but it depends on what country you're living at. In my country, bitcoin is legal as long as you are using wallet which is allowed by the government like (coinsph). However, if I do a transaction which is bitcoin-related and I use one of my bank accounts I will be questioned by the bank or worse my account will be closed because other banks in the PH do not allow bitcoin transaction. This is how it works in the Philippines, it has no clear rules and regulation on how bitcoin will be processed. I am hoping that Bitcoin will be legalized soon in order to have its own regulations.
