There are many countries accept the presence of bitcoin in their country they are also accept it as a new paymet system and embrace the benefits and advantages of it. But some of them ban this kind of system because some government thinks that bitcoin was a big threat especially for the security of their country.

Of course, bitcoin is legal. Bitcoin is born to meet the needs of human development today. Bitcoin appears as a completely new payment and investment tool. It was born after the forex but it can be said that bitcoin helped the crypotcurrency market gain a big foothold in the countries today.

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.

Yes because it has been linked to illegal transactions and more that that it bypasses so many means of government to gain money. The crypo posts a great threat to existing system of trade and the rules regulating these system that's why in SOME countries it is illegal. However, at the same time crypto may also be a great profit generator since it pumps values from around the world.

Bitcoin is legalize on other countries because not every government like the system of cryptocurrency but still it will depend on the country if their economy can really handle the growth of bitcoins or not before they can legalize cryptocurrency.

The lack of legal regulations for bitcoin does not mean that it is the currency of the black market. On the contrary, analyzing the growing opportunities to conduct transactions using cryptocurrencies (payment for purchases and services), you can be sure that both its purchase, sale and payment prove its full legality. In practical terms, there is no country where bitcoin would be prohibited by law. Another issue is the cryptocurrency markets themselves, which go under the microscope of public officials, but this fact in itself does not mean the closure or the de-legalization of the currency, bitcoin. In practical terms, it would be simply impossible because the currency works in the network and its system is completely dispersed. In addition, the stock market is only an instrument that will enable the circulation of cryptocurrency, and thus has no effect on the currency itself.

It is true that there are countries that make the claim that bitcoin was illegal, but on the opposite side there is a technologically and industrially developed Japan, which officially recognizes the cryptocurrency as a fully legal means of payment. On the other hand, the native European Commission gives bitcoin time, recognizing it as too young a currency to be regulated, but in most European countries the number of institutions accepting transactions using cryptocurrency is growing.

The legal use of BTC depends on the country you are in, some countries have embraced it, others completely banned it while others are still in the legislation process. whether its legal or not totally depends on one's geographical location

I'm sure that bitcoin will be recognized by the whole world soon. This is a unique technology that will make our life more transparent. I hate when bitcoin is associated with terrorism.

It depends on what country are you living on. In my country, bitcoin has been regulated by the central bank and now making some regulations with it. I like how our central bank accepts cryptocurrency. Instead of banning it, they accepted it because they see the positive sides of it and not the negatives.

I think its legal,  i didn't heard a thing from other country that bitcoin is illegal maybe gambling is illegal but not bitcoin or how they use bitcoin. But they've alert bitcoin users to be more safe when engaging crypto currency because we all know bitcoin is so expensive and it can be also in cheap price.. it depends on the demand of the users. So before engaging in crypto we should know all the risk what will happen to our money espcially when bitcoin is dumping

I think Bitcoin is legal or illegal, depending on the country. I think that a democratic country supports bitcoin, but many countries do not accept bitcoin. They think that bitcoin is a bubble that can be destroyed at any time, and it is easy to give people property rights. Threatened.

Its has been a polemic and controversial because bitcoin itself can't be controlled but unavoidable. The only thing that I suggest is educate about crypto about the risk and all things related to them.

Yeah right because some country banned the bitcoin because some people uses the word "bitcoin" for illegal activities which is wrong. Bitcoin will and never will be an illegal if the person will never use it to illegal.

Today bitcoin is so popular with our lives, if it is not legal, it will be immediately attacked by the government and will not survive until today. Set policies to protect the interests of the bitcoin market
