An ICO I believe is one's own responsibility and not a country. If you invest and lose, it is your fault and not anyone else. You are the one to be blame because there is always risk in any investment scheme. The country can only regulate an ICO but cannot control who will be investing with them. It is up to you to find out if it can scam you or not.
Eventhough we see the market falling down and all cryptocurrency value goes down I still think that investing to cryptoworld is a great opportunity to make profit.
I call Bitcoin as an opportunity not a danger to our economy. Bitcoin and Altcoins make it easy to make money by trading coins.

I don't see crypto as a threat.maybe it depends on how the state will use it.but in my own experience cryptos gives me the chance to earn.and cryptos will be a great help if all the people will believe in it specially those who have not work or not working their ass of to get a good jod for them to have income.so for me it is not a threat it is a form of making money.

For a person crypto may be both a danger and an opportunity and it depends on this person's skills, knowledge, etc. For a whole country crypto is more an opportunity rather than a danger, depending on regulations, laws, etc.
