Bitcoin was created as an alternative to fiat currency but its value had grown over time. Image you bought your Bitcoin when it was less than a dollar and sold it when it was say $8000. Are you not richer? Bitcoin and altcoins are making many people rich and also many have lost funds. It is a double edge sword.
There is a lot opportunity with crypto not just the way to become a rich millionaire over the night, It takes a lot of process to find and invest in project that will be profitable. but only if you are lucky you will find a project that will make you a millionaire.

Most people have gotten the concept all wrong about the importance of cryptocurrencies. Satoshi created bitcoin to improve upon the way we make transactions in our day to day activities. But i don't also blame people entirely you know, ask yourself how many avenues can bitcoin be spent. So let's give ourselves sometime and see what happens in the future.
So many developers are creating projects for their personal gain and riches. This is most times attributed to greed and we have seen lots of them in the crypto space. Most of the times, such projects tend to pt their investors in a fix and they lament about loss of fund.

I think the answer is no more than yes because in one moment to become rich it happens very, very rarely and certainly not with my luck, for example, but still there is one percent. But in general, you need to work to become rich.

From the start it was actually for peer to peer transactions but it evolves to something more and now everything bad or good about Bitcoin has been attributed to it, but it actually works to our advantages, people are always on the look for new technology and Bitcoin has so many things to offer.
Maybe we passed the becoming millionaire phase in crypto (2016-2017) but you can easily earn some money with a small effort in bounties or creating contents. After this you learn how to make investments in crypto and increase your capital.
As I observe in many crypto believers its one of the reason why they invest in digital coins like btc, eth, one, to earn more money fast and become rich easily and not waiting for years honestly I can say its true..for example if you have $3000 to invest in IEO in Binance and once trading started and you sell it, it will easily reach up to 5x to 8x in just a month or weeks pretty fast than any other traditional business.
This can be called a double win, because you will need to walk BNB coins that have made an incredible 500% spurt in a year. However, not everyone has a free $ 3000.
