I can not mention that Electroneum is a scam because I have not got proof or follow the ICO of his project so maybe we should be more careful in choosing project ico if there is any who have been deceived.

A lot of projects have a tough time now, a lot of are busy with the development of their project, it doesn't mean Electroneum is a scam if Dev is ignoring your messages.

It’s not my messages, I don’t care. It’s all the people on Twitter and Facebook with backlogged transactions from Cryptopia and other exchanges. The dev team are useless anyway, all they had to do was copy Monero for ASIC resistance and it still took them two months. They are way out of their depth with this and there are too many apologists making excuses for them. People need to wake up and face reality.

The more time passes the more it starts to look like the electroneum project is more of a scam which is sad because I had high hopes for the coin and was even planning on investing into the coin more during this bear market. It could just be that it is just following the low market prices like all of the other altcoins and there is nothing to worry about with the project.

As soon as they fix things and release the wallets I see people dumping out of fear and ignorance. Well leave them too it because I'll hoover up another shit load of coins at a nice price and hold. Lots of FUD being thrown about, people need to chill out and let them do what they need to do.

They haven’t fixed anything and they don’t respond to support requests. People just sincerely hope and pray it’ll go back up but it’s falling day by day. Meaningless announcements and partnerships haven’t done anything to improve the situation - worked in the short term but people are wise to that now. Most people only want more exchanges supported so they can extract fiat when they cash out. Has a really negligent and egocentric team behind this, they don’t understand the technology and that’s why they’re so slow to respond to market or environment changes (like ASIC resistance, they literally gave people carte blanche for 2 months to revage the network). The only thing this has going for it is marketing, the development is dead - most decent projects reaslise you need a defined goal, good dev team and marketing in equal share.

I  believe this has been trashed out a number of times. Electroneum is definitely not a scam, if nothing is happening at the moment, it does  not mean it will not happen tomorrow.

Where is the marketing? I doxed the dev team, which wasn't too hard when they post all their LinkedIn. They are big players in the internet marketing industry in England. They can do it for free!?! I even looked up the coins head guy Richard Ells and called his headquarters. I asked the secretary about Electroneum? I was transfered to a guy that asked me how he could help me with my questions. So I asked, "why aren't you marketing this ICO?". He said, "they are and more is coming." Do you see any marketing? WTF.

Maybe they do not want to waste too much of their marketing funds in the current market? I know I would not.

Price is falling lower and lower, transactions backed up on the blockchain, non existent support and trade volume is minuscule (which means no-one is using it and it’s very hard to actually buy/sell - look this up to understand why this matters). Might not be a ‘scam’ in the traditional sense but it’s clearly on the rocks, there’s only so long this can be propped up by marketing, hype and people on social media who have no understanding about cryptocurrency beyond it having something to do with lambos and the moon.

I concider electromeum a scam for simple reasons.

1. The project is completely meaningless
2. The people behind the ico are clearly incompetant
3. They launched electroneum to make money

It was doomed to fail. And the ico happened (for electroneum) at the best possible time, at the peak of the hype cycle.

NO definitely NOT there are so many traders that are trading with Electroneum and they are getting a really big profit into it especially those ICO investors of it because the value of the ETN rises above it's ICO value and many investors claimed so many profit and it is still counting.

Electroneum is not a scam because of the reason that i know exactly that they are really operating well because i am part of their ico and sooner after they completed fixing their stakes to be distributed, i will get my bounty all you have to do is to be patient and wait eagerly so that in the end you will be rewarded

I believe its a scam.  The fact that they pushed their mobile miner so freakin hard and then it turns out the thing is a gimmick and doesn't actually mine coins but just fakes it and slowly gives you coins... that right there is a scam to me.

Not a scam but their business model seems to revolve around giving coins away for free, obviously not good lol.

Electroneum is not a scam project. The project has since been proved a success. It is trading in many exchanges today and holders and intending holders are exchanging their coins without stress.

This does not make sense. Being listed in exchanges does not mean anything apart from the fact that you can buy and sell. You should ask yourself if the project is actually delivering (in time) what it planned to do.
There are so many listed projects which started good (because they were listed) but the value just dropped to almost null, hence ‘scam’. Do your research and then decide if it is worthy to hold or sell.

I earned a decent amount of money on electroneum. But it was a long time ago, and it's good that I came out of it when it cost  normal.

I say it's not a scam. if someone's making a profit out of it through investing and mining, then it should be good.
