legal, the king of alcoins is ethereum in this forum no one disagrees if ethereum is the king of alcoins, this proves ethereum is a big coin and in the future ethereum coin cannot be competed with other alcoins, if btc is destroyed can ethereum replace btc ?
When Ethereum was made the king of altcoins in many opinions. Not that Ethereum can replace everything. Destroying Bitcoin is tantamount to destroying the crypto market. So it's not right if you ask "if btc is destroyed can ethereum replace btc ?". You have to ask, what would happen to Ethereum if Bitcoin didn't exist? Maybe Ethereum doesn't exist either? This is not the right time to talk about BTC crashing or anything, because investors are investing in Bitcoin in droves. If you still ask questions like that, it seems you wrote something without thinking about the facts.

Ethereum really changed the crypto and blockchain space, when Bitcoin first come, it was only for store of value, people didn't really feel the impact of the tech behind the bitcoin, it all changed when ethereum came and offered smart contract features, this gives a lot of people opportunity to understand and create things on the blockchain, so i totally agree that Ethereum is King of Alt coins and Bitcoin is the king of crypto for been the first to deploy the tech called blockchain

There is no doubt that Bitcoin is the King of cryptocurrencies. If we only focus on altcoins, ETH is the most successful smart contract platform that owns the largest base of fans compared to other altcoins. The current market cap of Ethereum is over $200 Billions and the this will be more likely to increase in the long term. Can ETH be considered as the King of Altcoins ? What do you think ? Please let me know.

the greatness of Ethereum cannot be doubted by any party because ethereum deserves to be called the king of Altcoins and Bitcoin is the king of all coins. and ethereum has proven to the world that every year it has significant developments, and ethereum is one of the coins that investors really trust after bitcoin. we can see such high numbers in various exchange markets.

Undoubtedly, Ethereum holds the title of being the most dominant Altcoin in the cryptocurrency market. However, smaller investors are finding themselves distracted by the high gas fees associated with using the Ethereum network, causing them to opt for alternative networks like BSC, TRC, or Polygon, which offer lower transaction costs. To retain the interest of small traders and investors, the Ethereum developers need to focus on resolving this issue of high gas fees.

looking at the top major altcoins, eth can be consider as such because most coins are deployed on ethereum smart contract and some like BNB fork ethereum blockchain, If ethereum can fix the high gas fees issues, i think more people including me will build on it and that will make ethereum more dominant in the future
yes, I agree with you, compared to other altcoins, eth can be called the king of altcoins, firstly, it has a stable price and there is growth, but in general I think this cryptocurrency is promising and in the near future eth may be the currency of the future in the world, I honestly invest in this cryptocurrency for today, because you can earn on it

ETH can certainly be considered as the King of Altcoins due to its market dominance and the fact that it is the most successful smart contract platform in the crypto space. Ethereum's market cap and popularity among investors and developers make it one of the top contenders in the altcoin world.
Yes I also think so besides that there are not many coins that can compete with Ethereum,
with the achievements so far, of course Ethereum deserves the title of altcoin king,
let's see what the next development will be on Ethereum.

In my point of view, I can not be sure that Ethereum deserves the title of King of alternative coin. If we measure based on trading volume, we will find that ethereum has the highest volume compared to other crypto currencies. but in other aspects, maybe other crypto currencies can have better quality.

But, the popularity's aspect, ethereum is the best one. even ethereum is listed in the 10 best alternative coins per 2023 on the Forbes website. Ethereum took first place on the that elite list that made by forbes. https://www.forbes.com/advisor/in/investing/cryptocurrency/best-altcoins/

I don't think it's debatable if any other coin could possibly be the King of Altcoins.  I think market cap speaks volumes for itself and no other coin is close.  So many other coins also take advantage of Ethereum's blockchain to process their tokens, etc...  What would the altcoin market even be without ETH?  How would things like USDT and Polygon even work without ETH?  I also think the amount of regulators that are in bed with ETH already will make it difficult for any other coin to reach that level of success.  People have begun shutting doors behind BTC and ETH to lock out any newcomers.  Big money has spoken.

You could say yes or no because there are still BNB and some coins that have good potential in the future, but if you talk about some tokens, maybe there are lots of tokens that use the ETH network, which has made ETH continue to grow big and even strong on some of the top exchanges. , so it's no wonder that of the many coins this year, ETH is still in great demand, even though the shipping costs are always high, which makes people reluctant to transact using ETH.

When it comes to altcoins, ETH is King, no doubt about that.
I see so many people talking about the fact that give it time, other altcoins are going to dethrone ETH, well, that is what they have been saying, but yet, eth still stands out from amongst them all.
although it must be admitted that there are also quite good and very good altcoins such as BNB which have made a surprise when they reached their last ATH very well, but have not been able to match ethereum. I agree with you my friend that for altcoins until now ethereum still plays a role or is called the king of altcoins. either later maybe someone is trying to replace it but until now there is still nothing.

Yea, I think the basic demerit of eth is their high transaction fee which is technically due to their low tps, other than that, eth is exceptionally ahead of others.
So, other altcoins are exploiting the possibility of dethroning eth by offering low transaction fee and scalability, but honestly, they have not really been a good match for eth.

ETH is indeed one of the most successful altcoins out there, I wouldn't go so far as to call it the "King of Altcoins" (In fact, none of the crypto currencies are the "King"). There are many other altcoins out there that has some very good potential, and it's always changing and will keep on changing. One thing that we consider the best today, might be outdated and worst the next day. So better keep an eye on the other altcoins out there, instead of just looking at ETH and missing some great opportunity. ETH is top second currently based on marketcap and its popularity as a smart contract platform is certainly impressive. I do think it is a great investment option, but don't go all in on ETH.

My understanding of the concept of ''KING'' is actually much larger about being at the top who can control making decisions for everyone... So I don't want these notions of exaggeration. Many people like to order anything.
Basically ETH is the top altcoin in this market and that is without a doubt, over the years it has held that position, there are also a lot of new altcoins to compete with it but when it comes to the market, these days people will think of bitcoin and ethereum first.

Ethereum is the largest smart contract platform and one of the most successful altcoins with a significant market capitalization. Whether it can be considered the "King of Altcoins" is subjective and dependent on personal opinions.

I would have to say yes, it's a king. But as we know from the history, Ethereum also can we dethroned. Just give it a time.
I agree with you that eth coin is the king of other alcoins, investor trust in eth coins is greater than other alcoins and smart contract platforms are widely used by other coins, therefore eth deserves to be called the king of alcoins

Agreed. ETH is doing well compared with other altcoins and still leads way ahead. For example, I bought in ETH when the price was high at $2.1K and afterwards it declined gradually. I did not panic and knew it would be fine if I chose to hold them instead of selling. As of now, the price is $1.9K and I am sure it will pump to ATH when the bull run comes. In contrast, the other altcoins/memecoins I bought weeks ago are going through a hard time and there is no sign that they will recover as soon as ETH. Faith in ETH.

Indeed, ETH is the king of altcoins. Even since ETH was launched, ETH has immediately become the most favorite altcoin among investors with such a good concept offered, even since its launch ETH has immediately taken second place on coinmarketcap. Therefore, until now there has not been a single other altcoin that has been able to replace ETH as the king of altcoins let alone displacing it from second place in coinmarketcap.
After ETH is released no other altcoin concept can replace even though some there are other popular project concepts but only temporary hype so its popularity will decrease after the hype decreases, so any concept of old and new projects will not replace ETH, even some blockchain network based projects will only popular when transaction ETH fee is high only for optional choice.
