In the upcoming bull market, more altcoins will become successful although they can never compete with Ethereum in the short term. ETH is still the King of altcoins.

Success never comes easy and Etherum deserves all of the reputation.

It's all about the money. Besides airdrop hunters, there are many whales keeping ETH afloat with their own money. Even though there are competing chains with lower fees and faster confirmation times, none can outmatch ETH because of its first-mover advantage on the market. I guess we can call it the "King of Altcoins" (although technically it should be called the "King of De-Fi".

Don't expect ETH to lose its position on the market anytime soon, especially because there's a lot of big names backing it every step of the way. Taking down ETH would be no different than taking down BTC. Who knows how far will the cryptocurrency go? Just my thoughts Grin

you could say that Ethereum is the king of altcoins, but because Ethereum's Gas Fees are still expensive I think a lot of people complain about it and make Ethereum even more hated,

It's all about trust that users have accumulated over years. ETH has proven to us its reliability and high return rate. As the bull market is approaching, there might be some altcoins rising overnight but the question is how long they can last. ETH does not have to be any more volatile, it just needs to go ride with the next bull and all of its users will benefit a lot. Simple as that.
