It is really sad to admit that fact but it is exactly so. Even in developed countries, like Japan a really high level of corruption is identified. China as well, they promote that they strongly fight it, but actually corruption exists there as well...
Corruption exists everywhere in the world. It is in the nature of we humans. It takes self discipline to fight it.
Every country is corrupt. My country as a case study, the past administrations were so corrupt to the extend during the last presidential election, one of the opposition candidate promised to fight corruption. He won the election, he's now fighting corruption but only against people from opposing party, he didn't fight corruption from his own party despite people knowing corrupt leaders from his party. Are his actions not corruption?
I think that is human nature to want more for less. And people in all countries are the same
There is a cultural collapse in almost every country, there must be negative consequences of the global world, because global is usually thought of as a positive thing, but much of everything is harmful. Many countries no longer have their own culture.
I think not all of a country is not really corrupt but i beat my country mostly corrupted here in phillipines

For me, there might be one in a hundred of countries that is corrupt free. But for the case of Philippines, Philippines is a hundred percent corrupt. Corruption here in Philippines does not only occur in government post but also on the lowest part of society, family. Family is the root of corruption.

I am living in India, and here the life can become really frustrating due to wide-spread incidence of corruption. More than 90% of the government officials and the bureaucrats are corrupt, and you will be in trouble if you don't pay the required bribes.

All the country of the world is corrupt but the level of corruption in each country is different...most of Africa countries are in the first 10 names of corrupt country in the world
I believe corruption exists everywhere so yes. It's not only on every government but it also could happen on a corporation, business, school and or in just a small group of individuals.

Maybe. No matter how small corruption it maybe, it is still corruption. I bet every country has corruption. My country may top it. Maybe. No matter how small corruption it maybe, it is still corruption. I bet every country has corruption. My country may top it. Being greedy and unsatisfied is not new to everyone though. 
For our country I think not all in the goverment is corrupt there is still people in the government that is honest and want to serve the people and lead the community or the country.
depends on the country really, I doubt that there are any in Russia for example

In my perception not all country is corrupt. Due to I believed that if the nation is not in progress to develop their technology it means most of their officials was corrupt officials abusing their authority to steal the wealth of their co fellow countrymen. But if one nation is full of high technology, and poverty is only low average it means there is few corrupt people to that country I think.
Almost everyone in their country corrupts. Not only are the money corrupted, so is time . Many reasons why they do it, but this is very harmful to many people. Though they already have a lot of wealth, position and others, but they feel less and greedy. Whether the punishment in a country does not frighten a corrupt person. In fact many corruptors are punished lightly and they repeat it again.

is every country really corrupt?I think yes but the level of corruption committed by a country is very different. it is undeniable that every country has rules allowing its citizens to corrupt, and even then no more than 1% of capital. more and more citizens are corrupted, that is where the country starts to devastation. everycountry I think everything is corrupt. In a way yes. It's the law of big numbers: In each country, once you cross a certain threshold of ruling staff, at least one person's personal interest ends up outweighing the interest of the whole. That's how you get corruption.
