not all of them are scams, there are a lot of ico who are scam but according to the percentage I am the most scam around 50 - 60% while the rest are ico who really defend their project and they are not a scam, if many people say everything is meaningful, they I can't find ico that is not a scam,
they should be able to see how ico is scam and not.

Yes, it is:

This shows that there are indeed a lot of losses for newcomers who still do not know much about ico and the like because they will be used by smarter people to take advantage of it.

Everybody keeps on saying scam scam scam for all of these ICO's. 90% of them are crap, yes. BUT there is the 10% of them, like vector, who are absolutely not scams. They are good projects that will really help the crypto community grow and its not fair to call an ICO a scam until you have actually researched it and you are sure it is a scam.

Just my two satoshis...

Generally not all ICOs are scam there are still good ones. When you want to invest on it always make sure that it has a well known developer and have a complete social media wherein you can check updates every single day.

I thought that somepart of it called scam just because not giving any profit to them. Or some ICO are really scammed us by not giving any real results or product. All we have to know on nake ICO investment are this is so risky things to do, so knowing of it before investing.

not all, so far I have not found ico scam. the important thing is, they really pay to the bounty hunters. for a low exchange rate problem, I think that is a natural thing, considering that the target is not all that can be fulfilled. such as soft cap, hard cap, or pre-sale targets that are not according to plan.

Not all the ICO's are scam, but no one can say but only that company can predict and say if it is successful or not. Not all but most of them are scams.

Not really, I still believe there are a lot of kegit ico still available out there. It is just a matter of how well you can see or pick a legit ico from a scam and fake ico. As an investor it is our duty also to pick very well which ico we will invest in. We must also learn how to pick to avoid lossing our money. We just can't blame scammers if we got scammed, if we know how to avoid them then we don't have to blame anyone in the first place.

No, not all ico are scam. Not because there are many scam icos out there doesn't mean that every ico is scam. There are still good ico available out there if you only know how to spot a good one from a bad one. When something becomes very popular, it will commonly attract scammers who will try to exploit its popularity for their own benefit.

Not all ICO are scam but 25% of them is a scam campaign that you would really not a spend with your time. It will waste your time for nothing and make you stress of asking what happened to them. We better careful in choosing to invest and participating to those kind of ICO to prevent of getting scam.

There is definitely a chance of getting into great projects, and I don't think we should give up in that aspect, the market is going through a bad phase and I think it is a matter of time until we see some improvements in it.

Interesting stats from Statis Group on Bloomberg: https://research.bloomberg.com/pub/res/d28giW28tf6G7T_Wr77aU0gDgFQ

80% of ICOs were identified as scams, but the majority of funding—over 70%—went to actual high-quality projects.

So, DYOR and make sure to perform due diligence on any ICOs you are considering.

I can't say that 90% of ICOs equals scam but most of them face incredibly difficult times nowadays and even if they are not scam they may fail and don't collect hardcap (or even softcap)...

OP, you are the CEO or say developer of vector and you are the one attesting to it. Well, it is good, but if any other person wants to invest into it, it will be better for such to research on it. All the same, thanks for bringing your project to our notice.

I don'T think that most of the ICOs out there are intentional scammers. Many of those projects believe in what they are doing, but when it comes to the day where they need to implement their ideas many projects are suspended because it was too theoritcally or similar.
