Gambling should be seen as a hobby for some people and it may not be seen in the same direction as a hobby to some other people because not everyone in into gambling, but for the benefit of those into it, they have to understand that gambling is what we have to do out of our passion and interest for having fun through it, all these are part of the reasons why some have already taken it as a hobby because they are used to doing it.
I strongly feel that making gambling a hobby is not too fine because it could easily become addiction when made a hobby. One of my ways of handling losses is to stay away for some times, assuming I made gambling a hobby, there is no way it would have be easy for me to stay away for sometimes. Today I played some rounds in gates of Olympus and I made some decent wins before I entered series of losses which made me take a break. This flexility will not be possible if gambling was a hobby

When something you made a hobby because an addition to you, you feel that it's normal not knowing that it's not. Anything that's our hobby and after awhile became addition to us, we find it hard to stop it because it's taken path in our mind, just like people who are addicted to drugs. It's hard to stop because it's part of them, if anyone tries to correct them they don't listen because its part of them and they see it as nothing. Making gamble a hobby is like a mission that will be unsuccessful in future.

Actually, it is not a problem to make gambling a hobby, because even if you don't think that gambling is a hobby for you, I am still sure that you will always come to gamble and this is done by many people even though they don't consider gambling as a hobby, meaning gambling. It can indeed be used as a hobby because you often come to do this activity. But perhaps we could say that gambling is an activity that is too dangerous to be used as a hobby because it has a level of risk that can sometimes be very high.

But it doesn't matter if you really want to consider gambling as a hobby or treat gambling as if you were treating it as a hobby, but provided that you are able to control it well and according to your abilities, in any case and in a field that is, for example, more dangerous than gambling. , it doesn't matter if you want to get involved as long as you are able to measure the level of risk that you can afford in the sense of gambling with the ability that you have, for example, if for example you are not ready to lose $100 then try not to gamble with that amount, or that means set a limit and don't Have you ever violated the boundaries you have set?

Gambling is a hobby,  because hobby is what you like doing,  some people put swimming and reading as their hobby on their Cv but they never read or swim. And we all accept that is there hobby because they put it in there. But because gamblers doesn't like talking about playing gamble as a hobby doesn't take the fact that it's a hobby to them, because they can't stay a week without staking a bet. To me it's a hobby that has gain and lost.
If gamble becomes your hobby it affects you in future if you are not gambling in a responsible manner, when you win it becomes fun but when you lose it becomes otherwise. But as a matter of fact, if you are not gambling because of profits you will not be sad when ever you lose. A hobby is something that one like doing and you won't feel sad when you lose because you are not doing it for profits.

The thing is, as much as you enjoy it and you're not disregarding the life that you have right now then gambling is serving you good. But if you see it, as a fulfillment of life then you're doing it wrong. Just treat it like a hobby. Not a job because it would put you a stress. Not as an addiction because it will take away your life from your family or career. Just play it like how you play your guitar ono your past time. And maybe, you get some jackpot some times or even just penny win. As long as you enjoy it.
Can gambling be beneficial? In my opinion, only victory or profit provides benefits to them, what if we experience defeat, what are the benefits? Usually people who experience defeat will spend money again to catch up on previous losses and sometimes this can be an effect of addiction to gambling. Yes, many people say that gambling can be said to be a hobby in their life, because they can benefit from it. It is not recommended in this case to earn a living or for daily living needs, this is very dangerous for life.
There are other benefits in gambling apart from profit. It is only the profit side that most people focus on alone. You can use gambling to ease your nerves from stress. Gambling is a medium of entertainment but it is when you don't understand what gambling is, that you will gamble in a wrong direction.

Chasing losses are for people who want to make profit from gambling by all means, they will forget that luck is what brings the win and not by their excessive gambling. This is why in whatever one is doing that can lead to addiction need to be minimized.

If they still use gambling as a hobby, they must very strict with their budget and not trying to join in many promotion too often because that will needs much money. When you use gambling as a hobby, you must prepare more money to playing gambling because you will gambling often than to do other things and that can impact to your finances.
Actually there is a difference between a hobby and a habit, usually when people who gamble make it a hobby they usually won't play it every day or all the time because a hobby doesn't have to be a habit that sticks to it all the time, especially for gambling, obviously it will be boring when we consider it a hobby. is a habit, a hobby is usually done on weekends or in free time so there is not much to do every day let alone spend a lot of money gambling every day.

So far I have implemented it by making gambling just a hobby, nothing more than that because I know that gambling is not something that is fun and is played all the time, let alone every day, it certainly looks boring too and I will not do it and make it a habit too, every Gambling which is used as a hobby is usually people who are good at managing their budget well so that they always avoid the disease called gambling addiction, of course they know when to gamble and when to stop gambling so that it doesn't turn into a habit that will be difficult to stop later. . When you lose at gambling, there are still many other hobbies to do.

So it all depends on the player’s level of passion for gambling and on the amount of money spent and its impact on the general everyday needs of the person and his family.
Exactly. Gambling can be a hobby but there should be limitation and the gambler itself must not influence by gambling negatively. Because if you're playing everyday or during your free time using a spare money and your main desire is to have fun, it can be considered as hobby since you're not too attached by the thought of gaining money.

However, we know many people are playing to earn and that reason attracted them to keep playing. It can be a hobby depending on how the gambler play and his intention on why he's playing in the first place.

It seems that something that is addictive will become a hobby for them, no matter whether they bet for income or just for fun. Because basically, they have become addicts and also become betting as their hobby indeed, of course it is not  right if gambling is used as a hobby but anyway, because they are already addicted it will be difficult for them to stop. But anyway, it doesn't seem to be a problem if they can still live a good and  healthy life. Because the problem is, when they are addicted and then their lives are disrupted to commit bad actions. In that case,it would be a problem and the problem is about not being able to control their emotions so they associate it with gambling.

Each person's point of view has its own differences regarding concluding the view of gambling activities as a hobby. However, I agree with you that a hobby is an activity that is done regularly, not forced and the result will be that we who do it will feel happy and happy.
However, if there are people who say that gambling is their daily hobby, in my opinion they are gambling addicts who do it as often as possible and they will feel happy if they continue to play and play.
However, the real fact is that gambling has a very high risk and if someone does it excessively and does not have a schedule and betting money limits, then it is clear that it is not a real hobby.

That's true, indeed a hobby is something that is done regularly and of course with pleasure in doing it, but most people who gamble don't like it, especially when they lose. Many of them feel annoyed when they lose and that indicates that gambling is basically not for a hobby, even though for rich people who have a lot of money maybe it can be a hobby but that doesn't mean it's good, because of course even though they have a lot of money the same thing still exists, namely the risk of losing which is certain, especially when they have a lot of money if they don't can control themselves then they will have more freedom to gamble.
It is true that gambling has high risks, it is not surprising that many people who lose a lot of money also experience a lot of problems when they gamble because they are not happy that the money they gambled on is lost. I think that hobbies are not good as hobbies, even if they are for entertainment, I think there are still many things that can be done and maybe there are some that can provide clear benefits.

Well, for you and for many gamblers, gambling is a hobbh and it has become part of your life, but do keep in mind that this kind of hobby could change anything. I mean, maybe many gamblers started gambling just because they wanted to explore or were curious about gambling, but if that person doesn't have enough will to stop themselves from overspending or becoming a gambling addict, then that hobby is not good enough and should not be considered anymore. Gambling is not a hobby; gambling is a thing that could bring you misery. I also play gambling, but after experiencing the hardest part of my life when I got too addicted to gambling, I changed and am still gambling, but with stronger will and discipline in order to stop gambling when it is needed. So if you still want to make gambling as a hobby then you should be prepared with the consequences if you cant control yourself.

If you use gambling for a hobby, you must be careful because you can forget with limitation and all other things that can helps you from the big lose. Most people will uses much money when they uses gambling for a hobby because they will gets tempts from the promotion that they see every day on that casino. It's better they use gambling for have fun and only occasionally so they will not always thinks about gambling and can use their spare time for other things.

First of all I will like to define hobby in my own understanding. Something that one like to do always either for pleasure, leisure or entertainment. And example of hobbies which I know. Swimming which can be a game as well, reading which can also be a competition as " reading competition", and anything competition is a game, and sport. Sport can be someone hobby if the person love sports and like to partake in it. And that means something you partake that you have leisure and pleasure can be your hobby.
Hobbies are activities done regularly in one's leisure time for pleasure and relaxation rather than for monetary gain. So I think that's the point of view that user is trying to drive from, because since gambling is for monetary gain, it's disqualified base on the real definition of what hobby is, example, such as swimming, reading, cooking e.t.c

The only gamble who didn't take gambling as a hobby is the one who is not interested to gamble at all time and he gambling he only to find money one a . month or a year. But if the gambler is a regular player and he has a always in the casino website or hall betting and predicting. Guys we should not argue on this. Whether the person like it or not. Knowingly and unknowingly gambling is the person hobby and the only thing he might not like to use gambling has one of his hobbies because he ashamed of it and don't want people to know about it. Or he don't want the employees to know that he is a gambler. Gambling is just like the other activities in human life that we are using for hobby.

I have never seen someone write something like this on a resume, because in society it is still either negative or neutral, and if a person says that this is a hobby, not everyone will understand it, only the players. The main thing is to maintain the line in the game and then it will really be a hobby and just having a good time.

Asides gambling, there are hobbies that can turn addiction to us and we may not know because we may think we are going to be able to handle it well enough as just a hobby so its not gambling alone that can turn addiction while we continue to engage in it daily, sometimes we get addicted with other forms of hobbies and it very normal occurrence but then we have to try to not let these addiction becoming a problem to us in the way we relate or behave generally both at home or at our place of work which generally we could put it to be in our environment. The risk of the unhealthy and harmful habits that comes with an addictive gambling habits have been of great concerns which has led to the fact that it turns out to become a very huge concern and problem to every one and very primarily the gambler in person. Having a schedule betting and a budget is very import if you want to gamble healthy and stay out of addiction.

Basically, hobby is an activity that can provide benefits and also pleasure or satisfaction when doing it in certain conditions or at certain times, after all, every hobby will always have price that must be paid and no hobby is truly free.
Those who have been able to make gambling hobby can of course be sure that they have their own limits and they will be able to avoid the various impacts or risks that exist.
But one thing I will mention is that there are very few gamblers who can truly understand the belief that they gamble because it is hobby and can accept all risks by implementing various efforts to minimize bad things.
Most people don't think so because they think gambling is just place to make money, there are lots of examples of gamblers like this that can be found anywhere.

Gambling is not the only hobby which costs us money. There are people who play the Lotto, that also can get expensive and the chances of actually being in the green are slim the more lottos you buy. There are also people who smoke cigarettes. That is also expensive and not only does it drain your bank account but its bad for your lungs long term.

There are people whois hobby can be racing cars. They spend tons of money on the vehicle, modifications, gasoline, track day fees, etc and all they do is drive it in a circle, go nowhere and get nothing out of it other than fun.

This is similar to how gambling is to most people. You do it for fun. But when you are gambling to the point where you keep your bank account empty or you are borrowing money to gamble, then its a problem and considered an addiction instead of a hobby.
Here we can probably identify a borderline, as it were, when a relatively harmless hobby in the form of a person’s passion for gambling becomes an addiction.  If a player becomes dependent on the pleasure he gets from participating in a gambling game, then this can no longer be called a hobby.  This is precisely the problem of the player himself and his close people.  It becomes a disease.  Then, of course, one cannot say that gambling is just a human hobby.
So it all depends on the player’s level of passion for gambling and on the amount of money spent and its impact on the general everyday needs of the person and his family.
