I would not be so sure about that...There are different strategies to manage a business. Gulden has its own strategy which is more focused on delivering quality step by step!
They are not playing the same marketing pump game than many other crypto projects.
You honestly can not know what will happen in a few weeks...

I don't think the devs should get disheartened by what is going on in Poloniex. I am not sure what is going on and if the pumps there are real or not. I spoke to HR in PMs and he suggests there is a lot more people coming to cryptos and because Poloniex is the largest exchange they going there first.

While it's nice to see other coins on the rise it's a no brainer with PoW2 coming that to invest in these other coins that have moved up > 20 fold in less then 2 months (with no projects coming like Doge) and compare it to Gulden it's laughable.

Best thing for investors is to keep the PoW2 release quiet and give no marketing and awareness to it so we can still acquire as many coins as possible at these prices.

Why did you read it? It's a whitepaper for poor people , they don't get it , if they were on Poloniex it would get the attention of wealthy investors.

Dash has introduced an ‘instant payment’ that is supposedly secure, it uses
a system of ‘master nodes’ to handle the instant payment. The ’master nodes’
act as an extra control layer on top of the network, communicating among one
another. The problem is that in order to function these ’master nodes’ must
either act in a centralised way or must solve the same problems that make
a blockchain necessary in the first place. It follows reason and is speculated
that there are likely a variety of ways in which such a system can be attacked,
however, I have yet to find a proper analysis showing the details necessary to
determine this. For the sake of brevity, I won’t go into much more detail on
this concept except to say that the lack of proof that master nodes can in fact
function as claimed is enough to rule them out as a serious solution for now
from a Gulden perspective.

Explain to me this, how is potcoin the same value as Gulden? PoW2 look like a game changer but not in the top 50 of coinmarketcap. With all the good projects this coin has done you must admit marketing is its biggest downfall.

You can divide Potcoins value by 10 if it'd removed from Poloniex or that exchange becomes another cryptsy or gox.

Most of the coins removed off Poloniex on the 2nd May lost up to 90% in value , insiders dumped those coins before the announcement was made.
