I don't think it's gonna be a problem if you talk about your big gains to your friends or your family, but usually I don't talk a lot about that. If I really earn big, I just chill with it and I just tell them after a period of time, but sometimes I tell my close friends just after I win.

Have seen no reason why one should reveal his or her winnings to the public just because of security reasons. Currently, the situations in this country would make me not disclose my big winnings to the public. Something happened some few years back and had thought me a bigger lesson. We have seen illegal adoption from bad eggs in the name of friendship when reveal financials to them. Sometimes many get killed at the process of giving out big wins financially, I rather stay secret to myself than announcement.

It really depends on your playing venue. When you play at an online casino and just brag about your winnings in the chatbox or here on a website where your identity remains anonymous, there is no excuse not to brag. Of course, it's a bit of a shower change, but nothing stops and almost definitely no consequences. But if you're playing in a brick & mortar casino, particularly in a run-down place, it wouldn't be a smart move to brag about your winnings, as you might quickly find yourself getting stolen once you get out.
It is okay not to mention it, because it doesnt matter for me, you just only make other people envy to you. We need to be lowkey, not all the things needed to be told to everyone especially when it terms to money, because money is the root of all evil. We need to avoid any bad things to happen and have a safe and silent life in playing gambling.
One of the most important concepts when avoiding being the victim of a crime is to not bring attention to yourself, criminals are always observing and trying to figure out how much they can get out of you and if they see you as someone that has a lot of money then they will go after you, it is better to just conceal how much money you have earned with your gambling activities, and this posture can also help you in many other aspects, like avoiding to have to refuse loans to your family members because they think you have a lot of money.

I do not think it will have a big risk for robbery or other crimes,

The only reason why I hide my big wins, is the jealously which other show when we win a big amount. Our friends and even our near & dear ones, do not accept that we win big amount and become rich. So in order to remain at peace, I never disclose my earnings to anyone and keep them to myself only.

Big gains always keep ourselves focused on making big profits. In reality this is quite complicated thing when we look for big gains out of gambling. Big gains requires big funds to risk, or needs big luck to win jackpot. Talking about big gains isn't a bad thing, but knowing the reality and making decisions is wise.
did you read the OP?or just the title?it is an obvious that you dont even care what is the Body of the thread instead you are just relying on the title.

it is about if we win big do we really need to talk about it?ior tell someone?your answer is far too way about the real topic.and this is not a good attitude lol.

I still prefer not to talk about my major gambling profits because people will ruin it and easily make you lose it. I like to be cool and just tell a few people that they're so close to me that if they know later, they won't get upset. This is because people around you can have different reactions. For example, if you make a lot of money out of something they might be trying to steal it or change their opinion about you.
yeah just our family to tell, and not anyone because our lives will be in danger and also our familys life.

Do you tell others about your big winnings?
Or do you wait for the time to pass and then talk?
Are you bragging about the big winnings or do you want to make a point not to waste your time and money in the casino, but get it already?
Of course it is already known that people like to brag, but is it wise to talk?
In my opinion it is by no means a good idea to talk about big gains, because it can only cause bad things, here are some:
1.Of course, you can be the target of a robbery first.
2. As much as you spend your time and money in the casino, the environment will say that you are addicted and that the gain is nothing.
3. We bring the danger of ourselves and our loved ones, this is in the first place, but these come to the detriment of your safety.
4. It is not good if you plan to have a job and to thrive in it, and your subordinate knows what you are doing.

These are just some of the examples, to hear your opinions, supplement me if I am wrong.

I personally keep my gambling practice personal and aloof from my family and friends. Hence , there are just few close one in my network who know about my gambling stints. I generally dont share my wins and even if I do I don t share the amount i I have won. I do share my losses with my gambling friends just to know what I could have done better.

When i go to gamble once i got won a big amount of money i didn't tell to anyone because if they know some of my relatives are coming in my home to tell that if i give there some of my winnings. So i think its not a good to talk about our gains in gambling so that no one can know how much you money you gonna win. Its better to secret all of our gains in gambling.

You are right mate if you are earning a huge amount then it’s really good but if you will talk about that gain with other people or in front of strangers it can put you in risk so it is not a wise to act to talk about your earning front of other people. It's good to keep it secret and not to let anyone know about your income and big gains from gambling.

Well, this depends on the people you are telling the story to. It may be something they could learn a lesson from or maybe something that could encourage them to gamble. If you are a disciplined and responsible person, you could hear thousands of stories about someone winning huge amounts and you would not be affected by it. And I don't think you should worry about big capitals when you tell some stories since the money they will be using will also depend on that person.

is that like motivation? but if people are motivated to get big wins of course this is the wrong thing, in fact it will make people addicted even if it is not achieved it will become stressful.
talking about a big win actually has no benefit, even friends when they know about get a big win they will approach us, because they need our money.

This shouldn't be shared to addicted person, because it would probably be a struggle for him to control himself on gambling activities. Once the winning stories about huge gains on every person who bet that much feeds into his mindset, pressures will take over. It's good for those just having gambling as fun, but unfortunate with traiting gambling as serious source of lucky profit.

That was jealousy. They think that we're not telling the truth, we are lying to them. But it never hurts me anyway. If they will not listen to us, then it is good for them. I believe it was arrogant of telling someone that we win the jackpot and to keep safe from any bad reaction, it better not to tell anyone else. Not only for their jealousy or whatever it is but also the security of ourselves.
That is why it is better to not brag your big wins to others especially to your companions and friends because in the end, there is a higher chance that they will not believe in what we are saying anyway.

If we are saying things like that to them, there is a chance that they will be jealous into it and will try it to or worse they will do bad things to you. It will be better if you will keep your winnings yourselves instead of bragging it to other people and it is for your own security also.

it doesn't hurt if someone wants to express their excitement because they have already benefited greatly from gambling, but the thing to avoid is not showing off winning via the internet or social media because as you said it is feared that it can invite criminals to steal easily what we have about the victory that we get from gambling
it's the same if expressing it to the people closest to us in the real world, the most important thing is not to express this expression too often because there are still many who place gambling as part of thinking that is not in accordance with what we do. My principle, if too often talk about big gains to others, means that I also must be prepared to say the opposite.

I like to flex from time to time, but I wouldn't say it's the best idea to continuously talk about big victories and large gains because there's plenty of people who could find ways to identify you from places like this forum or in real life and rob or potentially do harm to you for your money. It's still up to you at the end of the day, though, because I don't find this to be a particularly high risk thing where I live, but this might vary based on where you live. I like to be a humble person most of the time anyways.
I do not think it will have a big risk for robbery or other crimes, because what worries me personally is when we are arrogant then painful loss can be a great disaster that will be received after boasting of the great victory that is always talked about. Anyway, being humble is the best choice and always sharing tips and tricks is also a better choice than just talking about a big win without transmitting something that is more useful or more useful to motivate others.

It is not always good to advertise one's success, most of the stated dangers are associated to it. Inasmuch that at every gambling gain there is a lose at the other side and most losers are more desperate under pressure. Before you make an huge amount in gamble such as casino you must have experienced some losses and with this you should have been matured to control your excitement when you make gain. Let your success speak.

If they want to avoid stealing, they will shut up, and they will not talk about a big gain in gambling because they will risk their money. That will invite the thief to try to steal the money if they don't be careful. Some people don't have experience by losing the money in gambling games, and that is because they have luck while they played. But that will not happen to the most gamblers because the luck will come to the right gambler.
I would rather keep it to myself to avoid touching stories considering the kind of environment I am residing if the terrain is full of evil people who would rob me of my gambling money I would keep quite and would not expose myself to any life threatening risk.

Yep, I agree with you. Rather than to make ourselves in the dangerous condition that might attract the thief to steal our money, we can keep it for ourselves. We don't need to tell other people even with the family because that will not be necessary if they never think about winning in the gambling games. They will only know that we have a lot of money so we can buy many things with that money, but we never tell where the money comes.
Agree with you as now a day it’s really dangerous to keep so much money with you as it can invite thief’s and you can get suffer badly so better keep your money and your profit away from evils eyes and never share with other people as it's safe for your life and your money. There is no need to tell anyone how much you are earning and winning.
