it is risky because it maybe a scam or the project will fail and you will lose your money. it is risky but the profit is double or triple or more. it is not the haters saying investing in ICOs is risky, most investor will say it is risky. maybe they experience it or they know the experience of others. just do your own research and ask if you are not confident to avoid being scammed.

I am wondering about people investing in an ICO if it is really worth because base on my obvservation there are many investors on ICO period and i do not know some would always say that investing in an ICO is risky. I would like to get the investors idea directly if they were really successful in their investment or the haters that say investing in ICO risky is really true. This is also more like a small study for future references that someday i am going to invest in an ICO since i have seen a great potential in invesing on it. Acoording to my experience I may say now that success of ICO is mostly depend on jurisdiction to what project belong and how detailed business plan any particular ICO has, like whether detailed enough or nowThere are plenty of really promising projects now - Profede, Mandala, LibreCash

Theres no assurance in investing ICOs although the price ia very but its very risky to your money.

It depends on the project. Some you will get a profit after it was introduced to market and some price drops. Sometimes, depends in the value of eth during ICO started and time of distribution of token.
I do not like to do business without seeing the premonition, I do not know which of the many ico risky ones are good, but I like the risk, but this is more than riskier
I can actually very proudly say that it is very good to invest in ICOs but not without a word of caution because right now, as we speak there are so many different ICOs currently in progress and since people discovered that they could make a lot of money from, cryptos they have started to use it as a get quick rich scheme which means there are many scams, but if you find a good ICO, then it is definitely worth it.

My answer is definitely yes. I am in ICO business for long time already. I had only few of them which profit was negative at the begin, in such cases you just need to wait more for it to catch up. I had one ICO which was scam and I lost 50 percent of investment there. But 90 percent of ICO I chose gave me something like x2-x10. Worth to say that I am very picky and will not invest if I have any doubts. I spend a lot of time to check everything myself. I ask questions in Telegram and forum, check WP and Roadmap. I check profiles of the team members. I double check all the info I find in Internet. ICO is risky business, so I spend a lot of time to reduce the risks
No. its never going to be worth investing in the ICOs due to the risky they carry. Its never going to be worth losing your entire investment trying to chase quick and high returns. Not to mention the amount of scams happening in the ICO markets, that it would never be worth giving away your money to the scammers just like that.

every ICO project I think has the same risk, it depends on developers. Because there must be a project that looks good vision and mission but the activity in the group is very quiet even rarely do news updates.
