Its almost alwas risky, but it comes with the oppourtunity to make more profit!
All coins we are going to invest is too risky and it will become too risky if we don't have little knowledge about that coins we are going to invest but even though it's too risky but still we can find a good way to handle it. Cause we all know that we can make more profits. But as what i said we need to study first the coin if it will make us satisfied in the future or it will fail us. Research is the most effective way for investment so without hisitation we must conduct a research first.
I would like to brief about the current market situation as there has been surge in value of altcoins a much higher surge compared to Bitcoin and many would have utilised this momentum to gain profit but if we look at the other side if you just look for top gainers you will find altcoins with top surge but the next day or after few days if you check the top losers you will find the same top gainers in this list as well. So there is a price increase for altcoin but not a established one like Bitcoin, because we have not seen dump in the value of Bitcoin for over an month now but Altcoins has been pumping and dumping and in my opinion it's not worth to make entery for long term as of now it's good only for quick profit whole being very active. What's your opinion ? Shall we invest or just involve in quick trades ?
Their are lots of altcoin that have been doing pretty good of recent and depending on your mode of accumulating them, you could consider a wide range of option ranging from the most popular ones like ethereum, BNB, XRP, and lots If other popular and consistent altcoin

But I don't think it's risky again to invest in altcoins, Bitcoin halving is happening this year so all cryptocurrency will benefits from that including altcoins. It was during the bear market that it was very risky to invest in altcoins as they were always falling but the bear market is over and it's a good opportunity to buy some good altcoins and hold for the bull market. We shouldn't buy only altcoins but also buy Bitcoin so we can benefits from all coins.
Altcoins can give you good profits if you buy one that will do well during the bull market, no individual knows which one will do well so we can only assume and buy them based on our research. I think some popular meemcoin will do well during the bull market so I'll just keep some spare money aside and buy them. I won't invest too much money as I know they are shit coins but I'll invest so I don't miss the profits we can make from owning them.

If someone wants to profit from altcoin I would say he should trade short term. I would never endorse anyone in altcoin for long term investment. Because you can never make long term investment from Altcoin. I always support bitcoin for long term investment because bitcoin is best suited for long term investment. Only Ethereum can be invested in long term and I will not go with any other currency.

ETH is highly sure as it's number one altcoin and I can name it king of all altcoin. I'm so glad to see matic on the list as well. I also believe in this coin and I wish it will do well this coming bullrun. Although altcoin may be risky but one can still hold some alongside with BTC. This market is best for short term profit but remember that most of long term holders always look for bull market and sell their coins.. The good time for DCA is when bear market started and people start selling their short term tokens. When bear start and token start dumping then it is best time to accumulating tokens for long term and then DCA is best strategy to buy in every big dip. If you buy during the dips bro I assure you it will dip more because you can't determine the market so you have to reduce the risk and buy only when the bull run is around the corner.

I am on the same page as you but we have not to invest blindly just by viewing in mind that I am investing in top 50(low risk) coins. Some projects having huge supply are worst investment and it is much better to invest in btc rather than than thinking that these huge supply coins will gives you short term profit. Luna and FTT was also under 50 coins but now you can see the end of these coins.
I think related to the amount of supply, it does have a special role in the growth rate of coins or tokens, the more there is, the longer the rotation and if there are few people, they will fight because it is limited. But. If indeed high interest from buyers comes, I think it's not one thing that makes the project slow because they have something big that will be useful later, for example DOGE is accepted as a means of payment in Mission DOGE-1 owned by SpaceX.
Yes adoption also play vital role in the potential of token. There are many projects who are considered bad projects despite of low supply because project has no community,no big partnerships and no big name in the back.
Actually Doge was pumped because world richest man Elon Musk and it is very rarely we see in the project. For example we can see Dot having very big supply and despite of top class partnerships, Backs and support of big exchanges we have not seen any big pump. While other projects which have low supply are now almost 2x when bull starts.
All projects under 50 are worthy to invest but we have to choose best one which could give us profit in short time
