As far as am concern is never too late to buy NEO, if you want to hold for a long time period. But if you a day trader you will need to put a lot of things into consideration before you buy. You will need to study the candle sticks chart, know more of the news around it and then make your decision on whether to buy or not.

That's true for every major coin. I was doubting to buy ETH at 8$ earlier this year, didn't do it, it then rose to 15 and I though 'well if it drops back to 10 I'll invest'. Next was 20$, 40, ...
For neo this is only the beginning. As soon as the situation in China resolved how much it will cost neo 100 or 200 or maybe more...

China fud is not passed yet, they haven't even started closing the big exchanges.
I also agree with above comments. Now I'm in a bad mood because of not buying it at 15, 16$, next week I'll be mad because of not buying it at 20$. You should buy whenever you can, especially after dips. NEO has a bright future that's for sure.

It broke through the upper downward resistance of the flag, so we might see it go back up so I would buy if I hadn't already invested months ago. If it drops lower, you can always buy back (which is what I'm planning)

I love Neo. One of the better projects around. But I regret getting it at high prices, at $38 and $22. If I would be able to buy it at this level I would be very happy. Not to mention those lucky ANT holders who got it at insanely low prices.
