No it is still not too late to join NEO, I see the team are too active than required , even the milestones are not too large like LISK. I think overall development will march more in Q1 2018, so better to invest even now. But only the amount you can risk , don't risk your all savings.

Its been fluctuating the way it is now for a month now. The china news only made it worse so I can see it going to 140BLN and right back down to 100BLN in a few days without a surprise.

I dont think price can fall down more. China will be nothing. They can't control crypto market anymore

70 billion is around the support line. Market will not suddenly go back up, it never has and never will. September 30th is the day one of chinas biggest exchanges will close down, and later on in october two more will follow. It's just not realistic to think this can't drive market cap down drastically

Its bitcoin that they are monitoring. I think NEO will keep moving for these chinese will instead be buying NEO now that BITCOIN will be LIKE banned. October will make NEO surge. The more they will keep holding this token for good.
