I think it's not too late to buy NEO because it's just a warp up for me and the game time must be start in next year 2018. So buy NEO now and HODL it for more 1 or 2years back and see how your money grow in NEO hehehe

There is a possibility that all Chinese Bitcoin exchanges will need to close by September 30. Also Dubai has issued some public warning against ICO's and all of these events might cause other countries to join this wave of regulations. The price is almost surely going to go down. However, in my opinion this is a great chance to buy cryptocurrencies and make great profits in the mid/long-term ... the ban will surely be lifted as soon as China finds the solution for scam ICO's.

LOL the panic is just temporary, as you can see that most of coins recovering after the fud ends when china stopped banning ICO. always the best time to buy is when the price just going down into its depth and the price will always comeback again, atleast on its state of when the fud hasn't spreading yet.

The very important reason to analyze the chinese market and you can get a conclusion is this the right time to buy the neo, but with a lot of the exchange sites already delisted neo and this not the right time to buy neo.

First of all the news was not a fake one and China was just trying to protect the investors. Secondly, China is planning to resume ICOs soon in much better way.
Back to the topic, NEO and OmiseGo have shown a marvelous progress in last 24 hours. However, it is not even late to buy NEO. Man, these late words just suits for those who are going for bitcoins now.
