I'm sure he'll be back. (Unless there was something urgent preventing him from posting) I see he's been offline since the 19th, if he's still offline in another two weeks I would appreciate it if you could post a note on my "Grim Reality" thread so we can monitor his activity.

Yes BPIP is effectively a surveillance as you put it, but I don't believe it should be shut down because of that. It usefully surveils the judgement of those who are default trust (in a position of power, as well as others), as opposed to surveillance state traditionally surveilling a large number of the population somewhat indiscriminately.

Kind of like when I did your trust statistics, no permission required for use of publicly accessible data.
It is public data, data that most users will not be able to find or properly assess on their own. The website is not public data, it is targeted surveillance (be it for a joke or whatever else). It looks like the system treats includes 0 and excludes 0 differently, and sticks with the current status (YES or NO) when it hits 0. I bet if Lauda were to go UP 1 and then DOWN 1, Lauda would then show as 0 inclusions.
