IT's a silly reason. 4 hours is a long time.
There should be less hours.
I think it's a paranoid and unnecessary regulation imposed by a central authority that doesn't deserve to be in power and is terrified that the truth will usurp their comfortable station in life.

Five posts down. Tick-tock. I knew I should have registered in January when I began reading bitcointalk. I wouldn't have to deal with newbie probation now, which is particularly frustrating since I finally have a need to really ost in a non-newbie topic.
