No paypal is not a scam at all, users that use paypal might be scammers though

how? paypal offer protection for buyers and seller also, so if you buy but you receive nothing you will get a refund and his account will be red, for sellers usually they protect you from unjustified charge back, people think that you can simply do a charge back with paypal, but it does not work in this way

well of course it is not a scam if we think that everything they do is normal and that people shouldnt be worried about their money any time, but the reality is different

to be honest paypal has huge fees, not only paypal but all the banking system that is out there, they charge money for literally everything, thats why i hate them because it is kinda scamming

I'm agree to say that PayPal isn't a scam.
When you're using the service, you must be agree with the policy, etc ... but the policy is so harsh that they can freeze your funds easily.
Then if they freeze your funds, you're like a small fish into the ocean.

Since I meet Bitcoin, I'll never step back into PayPal.

I have had an issue with Paypal and while I was trying to look for a solution on the internet, I came across this website (https://www.consumeraffairs.com/online/paypal_02.html) where everybody is complaining about Paypal. Most of the complains were actually similar to the one that I have. I thought Paypal is a credible company but now I have started feeling worried about my funds stuck in the accounts.
Can't really justify that Paypal is a scam just based off of that information. As for the funds being stuck in your account, it might depend on how you acquired them, or if you've done things with them in the past that might have been unsavoury from Paypal's perspective. There are a ton of variables.

Indeed PayPal is a big corporation with millions of clients. As such, they have also employed thousands of people globally to handle the multi-million clients. One thing I realized about PayPal is that they don't have a centralized way of handling customer complaints. This results to a lot of confusion because one issue might be handled by 5 different customer service agents in different ways. That is why many people complain of incompetent staff. I also have a very bad experience with PayPal.

I can guarantee OP that paypal is not a scam, but the way they operate can be frustrating some times. I would rather use a creditcard then paypal because paypal has/had a very hard and strict policy against bitcoin. And that is exactly why I don't think they are a reliable party for my money.

it's not that paypal is scamming people since they have a lot to lose. however, they work with ridiculous policies that gives them (according to paypal) reason to put your funds on hold for whatever reason. even when you haven't done anything illegal. that's why i don't use paypal. i am happy bitcoin came into my life.

It's not a scam. They're ratings are a little lower because of the way they handle business. They always favor the buyer in a dispute if you're handling digital goods you have to be careful became they will take your money.

PayPal is huge corporation and business with market cap higher that 15 billion dollars. Of course they won't be directly and openly scamming customers.
What they do instead is conducting questionable moves like: holding your money under review for no reason, messing with your checking account when you report a fraud and more.

Paypal is ran by an company that is bound to every countries' national laws where they operate so they have to do whatever those government ask them to do like limiting transaction amount or even limiting accessing some of the paypal features. So they are just like the regulated banks which ask for every information needed just like in case of opening accounts as well as have to give the source of fund from which you receive.

In case of higher amount transaction they simply lock down the account or even frozen all the funds which is preety much like scaming people but they have done this several times to several corporation and people. That's why bitcoin is here to replace these types of centralized payment processors.

No PayPal is no scam, its that they are sometimes charging high fee's but it does not affect the buyers, it mostly only affect the sellers that are selling something.
For buyers PayPal is nice because you can get your money back if something is not good.

PayPal is serious financial service with long tradition, excepted everywhere. We can't call it scam. They have they own issues and problems, the service is sometimes not perfect, holding money on their account is maybe not the smartest thing to do, but they are not scamers.

Papyal is not a scam, but by sending money to paypal you indirectly and directly agree they can hold your funds hostage in case of a dispute.
If you are having a good and honest complaint you will get it back though. My experience with them is they take their time but always come through.

The Fed is in the same bind it has been in for years. It needs to raise rates, but it can’t because economic growth is too slow and we might go into a recession if borrowing costs rise.
As singer Paul Simon said: “It’s the same old story.” And unless Washington and the Fed wise up, our kids will be singing the same tune 20 years from now.

I don't think that PayPal is a scam. But they are facing so many scam attempts and so they security regulations are very strict. It wasn't like this before, things were much more simple and easier. I have PP account since 2009 so I clearly see how they policy changed during the time. Recenty I also had an issue with myw account but support was very friendly and they solved my problem. Because of all legal regulations that have to.follow if they want to run legitimate business things are more complicated now but they are certainly not the scam.

They are not on the scam level but they are very near. Their fees are absolute bullshit. Not scam but they definitely rip people off. Because they had no alternative people had to use their services. But now there are tons of alternatives and they are losing customers.

paypal is actually not scamming nor a scam site, when a service is just popular and getting used by so many people,i'm sure their quality will be lowering and so many problem will occur either major or minor problem to their clients, they can't take care of their clients and can't pleasing all of their clients so it will result so many complain

PayPal is not a scam in itself. The service has been around for many years and they have a lot of trusted customers.
But when you compare it with bitcoins, you will realize that bitcoin is much more user friendly and tax free and people will prefer bitcoins over paypal in the future.

I'd rather agree with this paypal is not scam and doesn't have any bad image attach to it regarding to his service provided and alsoi don't see any people claiming that they are being scam by paypal, or maybe there are but i think they are doing bad against the TOS of paypal, but overall review for me paypal is good for their service provided to their user but the only thing bad  i've seen in their is their ridiculous fee aming transaction given to their users.
