That is a big factor for an emerging project. Like Polaris which has their own mining farm. Hodler with their own hardware wallet. We can notice by this factor that the team and developers are not just aiming for the little of the profits they can get. They want to be recognized in the market be invloved in the system.
Product is a good thing when it come to investing sometimes because you can sure what you are inveating unlike without because there are might a chance that ICO might be a scam and not a legit one
Having a good working product is definitely important, for one it brings more trust towards the project itself. Members will feel more comfortable with investing in a project that has an physical product. If a working product is not available, then a prototype or a demo is needed that will show how the actual product will work.
I agree, and I say it is because there are so many ICOs and projects coming out every now and then that it is so hard to judge and choose which ones would prosper and which ones are destined to fail. Having said that, I think that ICOs with good and new concepts and products, or at least, those which offers a great improvement from their predecessors, should be a good indicator for projects that has a better fighting chance because people tend to support projects that has new ideas to offer rather than old ones.
The project is as much as important as the community. And the product adds the attraction of the project to convince investors. The more people try the product and see its importance and use, the more they want to invest if they get interested with it. Let's admit, we as customer also gets attracted with products we see in department stores which was tested by promoters and us ourselves.
The product is only important if you have patents to protect it, otherwise anyone can do something similar and if they have more funds or better team they win the race to market.

Yeah, no doubt because the product is what makes the projects. U can launch a project without a product because its the heart of ur project and product is the one that makes the project unique and different from the any other project and the product is the first thing that the investors want to buy into ur project.

I think its the most important on a project. I do not invest in projects which the product will be just completed in five years or something like that. I want to see at least some kind of prototyp or something. So you also see, Initial Coin Offerins with unfinished projects does very hard to find enough investors. And the ICO without any progress in the develop from their products do always fail to reach the softcap. So i can recommend to everyone to watch really good on the products!
I think there are very few such projects to do on them, the ISO should be already popular, then it will gather enough money and be able to develop again. And if this is not a well-known project, then a lot of money will go on advertising

Indeed. They raising an ICO to expand their project and it will be big help for the company if they can raise more.
And if you'll think like an investor you'll be more optimistic of the project if they have a product already launch or has been in the market for years and you'll know that your money isn't going anywhere. Some ICO will just launch their product after they raise significant amount in ICO and sometimes things messed up so it just ended that the product launched was postponed. And the rest will be a history.
