Well working product is a must for every tokens or coins for assurance of been successful in the future ,many coins and tokens still exist on cmc today with zero products ,what keeps them alive is trading ,some are buying and some are selling them ,this types of coins can die at any moment because of lack of products
In my opinion, Yes. Because everyone is tired of loud statements and promises. Some projects can enter the market without a product if their idea is interesting, new, and the team of specialists is strong.

That is the most important thing I look when I want to invest in ICOs, I do not invest in projects that dont have their working products, looks like they are just selling their ideas/whitepaper.
