For me Ethereum is the second after Bitcoin. As we can see, the price is going up now, so if you've bought it for 400$ it was a great investment. I like ETH because it's a perfect way to buy other alcoins. And it means that usage of ETH will only increase. So don't be afraid, it's a good investment.
ethereum has a good future and of course if the investment in ethereum will be profitable, it does not matter if you start investing now because the price of ethereum will definitely rise again
It is not that it will grow again, it will grow constantly, because Ethereum, in my opinion, is the only cryptocurrency that recaptures every step. 
eth is the best currency after bitcoin. It is a potential altcoin i sure will reach US $2000 by the end of this year, right now will hit 700$ ,go ahead ,just buy and hold.

If someone buy eth on $400 he's on big profit now sadly i didn't take the risk because im waiting for another dip for $300 but it does not happen

I think it is still okay to invest on Ethereum. After all it is the second biggest cryptocurrency in the market, only secondary to of course bitcoin. And out of all altcoins it is one of the biggest and most crowdfunded altcoin. So you could expect a great increase after a price drop in altcoin the same manner as bitcoin investors do. I think this is the right to invest because the prices are low but be sure to invest what you are can afford to lose but if that fund is for your family better KEEP OFF on this community because there is a BIG risk of losing your money here if you are not careful with it.

Yes I think you should invest in ETH now. \When it becomes more widespread and mainstream it can hit break the top in a year. But it is not sure. It has already seen the numbers of $1377. It will be easier to climb after hitting $1k. Sure it will see some drops from time to time. But in a long term if the demand goes in that way it is not hard to hit those imagined numbers.
