Crypto-hype just because of Elon? No way. The hype he creates only focus on specific coin. The hype in crypto will never be over. Even in bear market, that hype is still on-fire. We don't need Elon or any big people for crypto to become hype.

Just checking the Binance list of gainers everyday, we can see how healthy crypto market is.
Well, I don't see any good from Elon in here, he's out of the current trend and he can't be blamed for this but this was a normal market interaction between the adoption and the news. Specifically, we are still in uptrend motion, kinda a healthy market to see since early this year. I'm not going to say that the hypes are over because the market seems to keep on hypes almost every day. The community had to see this was a great opportunity at his pandemic which increase the demand and this will be the reason why the price keeps on rolling higher and higher than before.

The hype against crypto will definitely continue to happen and it is proven that this year the hype for crypto is quite high and it could be that the hype will start to end if the given price continues to experience a significant decline and if we look deeper. price chart so far Bitcoin is always getting 4th year hype If this holds true for the next few years then it can be said that the hype is over but this is if we look at the chart because of everything that happens in crypto we can't be sure.

I don't think Elon musks not tweeting about Dogecoins and Bitcoin has made people lost interest in cryptocurrencies these days, and even the mining issues from china is actually going to turn out to be more positive than negative IMO because we understand what was happening when most of the miners were located in china. As for crypto Hype, I believe that crypto is still very much in play, people will always think this when the market is in a down trend.
That's there are also a lot of people who don't follow Elon Musk and Elon Musk will not dictate the future of cryptocurrency, only beginners will believe Elon Musk, the hype wont get over in the world of crypto, we are always trending in Twitter and it only means that there are really a lot of people who is in crypto world and we are still new, there are still a huge possibility of a mass adaption in the near future. What more will happen if we will be known of all the people in this world.
Unfortunately even though there are many people that do not follow Elon Musk, there are also a lot that do. I do not follow him, I hear about his tweets around here, like all those doge increases didn't make any sense to me at all when I saw it first, then I checked bitcointalk for a few days and eventually people started to open topics about him, which is where I heard it from.

There are a lot of people like me, a lot of people who do not even use twitter, and that is true, however doge still went up way more than we imagined right? It was less than a cent a year ago, look where it is right now, and even the peak price back few months ago. So, even though there are people like me, prices still go up because of people like Elon, only because there are also people unlike me who check Elon all the time. Which is why we can't say that he doesn't matter.

The crypto market is still too young to speak of its demise. Some crypto products are becoming less interesting, but new ones appear that cause even more excitement. This is a normal developmental process.

I dont think that the crypto hype is over especially now that NFTs is getting much attention. In addition, I think that cryptocurrencies now in the verge of mass adaptation very soon.

Crypto hype will be stay forever in this market, but weak hands will be washed out throughout the correction phase. Also, mass adaptation is already started, but fuds are increasing day by day which won't last long, IMHO. So, it might stay into mainstream for few more months.

Is ‘the crypto hype over’. It absolutely is not OP & you’re an experienced enough member to know how market cycles work. I’m unsure if you’re trolling or not but this is totally normal during a period of price consolidation which can be relatively boring, hype dies down. Wait until we start pumping again, all the media & retail will return. We are still in a bull market, just a cooling off phase. It’ll heat up November, December.

hype is still on the crypto market, but for this month I think it will be sideways during mid-September like 4 years ago, this scheme will probably repeat itself and many experts say the end of December 2021 will be the peak of the Bulls. so don't worry the crypto market will not over and will be trending on the next year with new development technology

The hype is thrilling action movies and to have such impressive scenes, the producer needs to consult a lot of materials and scripts, ICO then Defi and then NFT, there's always time to film so the script is as complete as possible, when we see the hype about a genre is gone, it's just a break and then another hype begins, crypto is inactive all year round with hype, very distinct season division.

For some reason, Elon Musk stopped tweeting about DOGE and even Bitcoin, making people lose interest in crypto these days. Add to this the China miner ban, and regulatory action against Binance exchange and you'll see why the market hasn't gone up that much within the last 2 months (approximately). Bitcoin is still struggling to reach a new ATH, while ETH doesn't get past $3k per coin.

Sometimes I wonder if the crypto hype is over. "De-Fi" and NFTs are still a big hit, but interest/demand seems to be slowly declining. I'm guessing the next Bitcoin halving will "revive" the hype. But there's no guarantee this will happen since crypto behaves in many strange and bizarre ways.

Do you think the crypto hype is over? If not, why? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley
FUDs are created only to make big investors or whales to accumulate and store more cryptos are selling in a price but it doesnt even destroy the whole cryptoworld knowing that many enthusiasts are strong hands and know the market flow. Also knowing that plenty of countries now are adopting cryptos as mode of financial system, I dont think that crypto is over.

I think but the hype of the cryptocurrency is not like ending so early. From the moment the Cryptocurrency starts, you can see that when a hype ends, a new hyte is created. Last few years ago, everyone was able to see that ICO hype was a lot. When ICO Hype was over, the new hype was created. Then IDO Hype was created. When we all saw the end of the IDO the currency moved towards the new hype NFT . So I believe Cryptocurrency Hype is not going to end so early because when a lost end comes to the market with a new hype. I believe Cryptocurrency will build a new hype again in the future before the Hype of the NFT is over.
The hype will continue as we are an evolving market, there are new projects that are introduced and since the supply is limited, the price would always be volatile as people love to speculate. The more money will enter, the more the market will be volatile, hence the hype will stay and we should accept that already.

The way to earn in crypto is to understand the nature of the market, know how the market will react to every news and speculation.

We really don't need to hype, the Cryptocurrency technology is here to stay many companies are coming in new trend are created that revolves around Cryptocurrency I prefer the price moving slowly but steadily than huge pump and fast dump we should be excited and at the same time thankful that adoption is coming in finally and only a few countries are banning the use of Cryptocurrency.

The crypto hype will never be over until crypto become the mainstream currency and also everyone adapts crypto. These days we have NFT hype and also blockchain gaming hype is also growing. I hope that crypto does not depend upon hype's. Rather good and stable projects develop which may be adapted world wide.

The crypto hype is still not over as there will be some hype in the next few years even though currently Elon Musk has not tweeted about crypto, of course that is not the reason the hype is decreasing as many factors affect the fundamentals in the market. market And with the depletion of the supply of Bitcoin to be mined, of course this will be a big moment for Bitcoin to reach even more fantastic prices in the future and can get new hype in crypto so that many investors will enter.

We are still into this game and with elon musk it's good he is silent now because he always make bad remarks on his tweet of what he did on bitcoin's crash few months ago. Crypto is still here and hype is still on because adoption is still healthy and we have much more room to grow.

It was never "hype" to begin with. It was well deserved attention that was overdue for a decade.

People are just starting to realize the power of cryptos and are harnessing it to a variety of usage cases.

I don't think that constitutes hype - and if it does, then it's certainly not dying down any time soon. Large institutions are just coming into the scene and buying up coins & putting out research. This is just the end of the beginning.

Personally I think that the crypto hype is not over but it's just the beginning for a more surprising developments and adoption of cryptocurrency in the economy. It takes a decade for a cryptocurrency to be known by many people before popular personality came into a picture and make it one of his social media content. What I mean is the involvement of those certain people in crypto over the past months is such a big participation for a crypto to hype and attain ATH but I do believe that crypto will make a remarkable development in the future even without those personality involvement because the platform itself speaks for a future of digital finances.

Maybe Elon Musk feels he has a big influence in the bitcoin world and he took the initiative to do something like that for his personal interests so that he can get more attention, so he has other plans to stop tweeting to make people lose interest in crypto, so the market cools down , thus he has the opportunity to take steps to reinvest more because it is cheap, do you think the crypto hype will not end
