Nope maybe you have a good point but creating issues like this without any proof was not good at all. Think clearly, what would might do a king to his/her subordinate? To protect right? So I believe the safetiness within a country first before anything else.

so why this system goes like this in many places of the world whereas there are so many ways to fight it. The reason i guess is that everyone is egoist and thinks only for themselves.

This phenomenon is common in some socialist countries in the world!
Because one-party dictatorship leads to corruption and undemocratic!
They ban cryptocurrencies because cryptocurrencies affect them as a great threat to financial rule!

We have this perspective that government is nothing but full promises. They gave us falls hopes that they would help us in times of need but no one actually came to give us a hand. But as for me,  we should not generalize the people under the government there are people who we could really trust with. Government is here to rule and make everything in order and I do hope those people under this organization  will always remember so that its citizen would feel at ease and with confidence. And with that those wrongful perspective will change.

Government should not be scary since it is the peace and order maker of the state and they are meant to be the protector and law enforcer of justice and equality. However, due to some members of the government, the mindset of the citizens becomes negative. With regards to crypto,I think it would be a long process before they can control it.

Many people say the government is not interested in cryptocurrency. Many people think the government has prohibit
crypto to protect investors from risks. Maybe in your country, that's true. But in some countries, especially developing countries, the government just wants to rob your assets. They rob publicly, lawfully and as much as possible. they are really bandits.I'm not afraid what they do. Because we have many ways to fight them. But this world is not as simple as you think. They can kill you if you are demonstrating.
You can ask any vietnamese that : Do you support your government ? I bet 99% answer is never. 1% remaining I'm sure they are goverment employee or their family. Wink
The government is scary about cryptocurrency because most criminal put their black money in crypto and can use it illegal activities. Taking over the currency market is not a problem for the whole world. USA can be affected by bitcoin because only US dollar is usable worldwide and no other currency is acceptable in the whole world. My country has nothing to do with crypto.

What’s scary about the government is its power to supress and what’s even scarier is when people don’t know their rights. The government may have power but they get it from the people. Thus, the concept of sovereignty. Let’s say for example the government decides to impose a ban on crypto or declare it illegal in your country — then simple possession of crypto may bring you to jail. However, the crypto users may complain that it’s a deprivation of their rights.

Governments are happy as long as the mass follows everything they force through, and even today that's exactly the case. Governments understand that there is a certain percentage they can't control anyway, which is why they don't bother to waste any time on them. You can't lose that what you never had in the first place.

Great development however is that people slowly start to become more aware of how everything works, and when you have Bitcoin on your side, you have control over your wealth, which is an option people couldn't fall back on before.

China is the perfect example. Despite the crackdown on almost everything related to crypto, the local crypto economies are thriving more than ever. I would even dare to say that the 'underground' crypty economy right now is way bigger than the legal crypto economy during 2016 when China was still a big deal in people's eyes. It won't take long before China softens their regulations in order to prevent these economies from growing larger.

It's clear that their regulations have the opposite effect. Smiley

That is also one big factor why people in ASIAN countries are so poor because of their governments. Instead of helping their people, they are also the one who's pulling them down. But when it comes to securing wallet accounts, it is very secured and it cant be open without private keys. Just pray that one day someone make a change.

I agree, most countries are suffering on the 3rd world country because of the corrupt government. Also,
I think some of the government are afraid or hesitant to embrace crypto because they are very comfortable with the current system where they resist change. A greater resistance is experienced for a corrupt government. Of course, they don’t want their transactions to be affected.

Indeed. Government in other countries are more favourable to crypto currencies than the 3rd world. They are at least supporting the fact of crypto currency being in existence and they are working on different adoption models. But in 3rd world countries this is completely different. They dont even want to think about the crypto currency and dont even want to explore the usage of them. I think tells us in straight manner that they are just behind rupturing everything in single shot. But wont be helping hand as to listen to what public has to say about it.

Yeah government is not really scary because the government only after the welfare of the people or its constituents. Here in the Philippines coins.ph are given license by the agency concerning government for it to operate and that includes KYC on doing exchange to monitor illlegal activities that some people will take advantage on its comfort on doing transactions. Even ICO projects here in the Philippines should be registered to avoid scamming investors.

Government is not scary. It not easy to use all people. So fist people improve the knowledge. Then it will be accept. Most of the people don't know how to handle. Knowledge people will be accept and easy to use. But without knowledge people can't easy to use. So it affect the other people growth. So people growth is important of the country. If try to launch it not good for the people growth. So all people know the all process and language is some problems in some country people. It time to acct. Bitcoin is good ideas but government will be need tack time. So people growth is country growth.
If you do not have you do not have to be scared ,especially we are in a democratic country , unless those socialists and communist countries , we just continue to work on our cryptocurrency because the government did not run towards the people who use bitcoin, and no sins committed towards government.

Wow, you must be way up with your emotion, Let's try to take this issue in a very objective views, no one can just accused someone with out bases, maybe, we have different kind of situation and country we belong, we are from a Democratic country and as a Law abiding citizen of my country i follow the Laws both for my self protection and otherwise, Crypto currency is a Decentralized system of transaction, with Blackchain in place and highly advance technology, all transaction are secured. The issue on some government financial institution is to Regulate the crypto. let's just for further development on this matter.

The loudest example is connected with the anonymous payment system LibertyReserve, incorporated in Costa Rica. The head of the company was arrested in Spain and extradited to the US, the domains are blocked, and the largest counterparts in Europe and the US were searched. After the collapse of LibertyReserve, it became clear that anonymous payment systems and private money exchanges, although technologically possible, are unacceptable for the largest state players in the financial market from a political point of view.

OP you can tell your thoughts which is painful in your part but before claiming like this can you prove some of your claims on how they are robbing publicly?
Is there a chaos against crypto and government on your country?

I think government afraid if bitcoin or crypto used for illegal activity. As we know, bitcoin or other cryptocurrency hard to trace the transaction and government want to prevent it. Beside that, government want to collect taxes from crypto trade

I don`t think that any govenment officials can track and steal your crypto currencies,if you store them on a decentralized wallet and you keep your private keys in a safe place. The Vietnamese communist governments might be really scary, but they can`t find your crypto. The european govenments aren`t that scary, they will never try to rob someone`s financial assets.
the government will never steal your crypto but know they can track your crypto transactions and it is good because of the illegal use of crypto. I really appreciate that now it is traceable and criminals cannot use their crypto freely for their illegal activities. But it is fact that no government is scare about crypto, because many government have legalized bitcoin and now they are making rules for crypto investment.

We have a reason to be afraid of cryptocurrencies as they favor banks--the enemy of decentralization, that is the core of most of the cryptos. They are also a threat to exchanges like what happened in china.

Many new projects are being developed, which support the exchange of digital currency and fiat currency, just like an digital money bank, they can be integrated. .

Yes you are right, since the projects of ico's are always improving then the competition in the market is keep on tightening then obviously, government should be scared because people will be relying to cryptocurrency if they are going to get more profit or income from it.
