No for me it is a great chances to make profits IEO will replace ICO after thi year i think cause ICO has no longer profitable but yanu ico was successful done and now they open an IEO to give chance to those missed a chance to buy tokens from yanu so this is the time to invest to a legit projects.

You question is not straight, how can you say the problem of IEOs has to do with numbers of tokens held by investors? Have you forgotten that we also have investors during ICOs? And this same investors bagged loads this tokens. But good news about IEOs is that the project always gets listed and most times ROI usually comes great.
