It's very hard question. Nowadays the situation on crypto currency market is very unpredictable. Now the prices rather low and may be it's a great time for buying btc but on the other hand it's very risky. Who knows may be btc will fall under 5000$
Hi, a friend told me that this is the best time to start buying btc because it's price is dropping, but do you think i should wait and see if it keeps going down? I only have a small amount of money to invest. Thanks for your help, I'm new to this world
If you wait for buying btc you can't buy cause it price can be increase. Today btc price is down so you don't wait to buy btc. If you buy small amount btc you buy but don't hold btc. You buy some alt coin that perfect for long run. 
This is the perfect time to buy bitcoins. Its dumped badly and I believe it will recover soon so its a good buy at the moment.

Better late than never, if you believe this technology there is no word "late". Of course crypto has a volatile price, but I think it nice for long-term investment. If you just make a little investment also you earn a little. But, I think it's nice because we start with small amount and always learn to make a big profit. Beside, if we loss with this little investment isn't like if we make a big investment here

You can't predict how much it would come down, so waiting to come down is not a good idea. The best option is to buy some and wait when it comes down even more then buy a little more. In this way it would be profitable for you.
People want to go down the Bitcoin but it is not a good idea better start investing in this position is also profitable. Bitcoin market is always huge, there will be sudden growth in the Bitcoin market, once it starts increasing we don't know where it will stop again.

I cannot actually agree with the prosperous future for the Bitcoin and the Bitcoin holder because nothing is certain. I agree that the Bitcoin will start to grow and maybe even hit the already seen price of the 20.000$.
Investing in it right now is recommended for 2 more days because the value has already started to grow. That is my personal opinion and not everyone has to agree with that because the BTC can already tomorrow start to fall and buyers would again start to buy.
Every investor has his own terms for the buying. Some were even buying when the price was near the highest value last year. I personally don't have enough of the financial stability to buy some more now but I would recommend to the investors to buy till the price reaches the 10000$.

I really think that since the market crash started a month ago and price had became stable recently, it's the best time to buy and wait for the market to recover. There's nothing to worry because this happened a lot already and bitcoin and cryptocurrency recovers. We just don't know when, but it will surely recover in time.
Currently it's good time to buy Bitcoins. The price is under 8000$. But I don't think it will go all the way under 5000$ so there is no need for further waiting for price to fall.

When the market all in red, that's the best time to buy. (but you should consider carefully). How Long Would You Wait? You wait for what? Ahhh.... You said you had a little money? So I think investing in BTC is a bad choice. You should invest money in alternative coins. ICO has many potentials. It is suitable for those with little money. You can get more than BTC. (Just my opinion)

Any time a good time to invest but i like to buy when there is a dip or a dump because that will mean that sellers will weaken and it means buyers will take over the market and it will pump or go up.
