I think just buy and hold them. Then we can relax, go to cafe, travel ... and wait for the market up

I believe it is!

What do you do to relief trading stress? Do you have any alternatives?

As for me I stopped trading for 3 months and play blockchain games. Now I feel myself better!

It is important that you have relaxation after stressful activity like trading because when you continue to do it even if your mind is already tired then you cannot concentrate properly which may have a negative effect to your trading. You may decide hastily without a proper trading plan and you would tend to base your trading in your emotion then.

As for how I deal with stress, I would go out with my family and go to a place wherein I can really relax my mind like the beach perhaps or just nature tripping.

the current market situation is still very bad and difficult to predict. of course all Crypto residents feel the same way. the pressure on the value that goes down and exchanges that continue to dump impact on the mentality of every trader

That statement sounds really bad for me, and if I hear those words it made me lonely. But as a growing mature trader, I don't matter those happenings because I still need to stand uo against the challenges in life. In cryptocurrency if we lose that grip we ended up our biggest potentials in life.

Ain't that totally stressful, it only give by that(stress) if you losing or just new into these field.  Trading really needs to strategies and give you success otherwise you'll loss everything you have.
Many people will feel that way but they tried to conquer such thing in order to survive and find their self comfortable in front of the huge crisis we have.
Having a loss will cause a person to become stressed, not to mention unpredictable price movements that will confidently make someone turn and change their way. But for those who are already familiar with cryptocurrency markers and they understand and even master the trading strategy on cryptocurrency I am sure that even if they suffer losses it will not make them feel stressed, all they need is a break to calm their brains for a moment and restart when they ready.
Experience is one of the things or factors that would make a certain trader would be calm into these kind of situations where we would lose up money due to market volatility.Once you are
aware on how things goes then you are not easily got stressed. There might be some negative effects but not really much compared into the times when you are just on your first time.

For me trading is not stressful as it is not my full time job, I do it on my spare time only and the most important thing is that I do not set too high profit and obviously I spend what I can afford to lose only.
Trading can be stressful for those who aims to much profit and use all what they have with no limit. So they will feel so stressful when they lose as well as when they do not reach their target of profit.
Yes agree, those who make trading as their main activity will likely make it stressful, so do trade only to fill your free time but do it seriously so that the trading that you do gets good profits and no need to force yourself to get a big profit, because if it does not materialize the possibility you will be stressed.

Yes of course specially if I do it with more than 1000$ , since it has a lot of volatility and very hard to predict , Sometimes it gives me insomnia and headache , this year wasn't my year and i hope next year i make it up for myself.

I think the problem lies in our great expectations. We trade with intention of getting high profits. And if we don't get what we wanted, there comes stress along with frustration. But if we won't make our goal to gain the profit every time when trading, I think the process itself wouldn't be so tensed. I don't think about probits and risks too much, Sometimes, I buy a small amount of BTC on CEX (https://www.cex.io/buy-bitcoins) and hold coins on my hardware wallet. I trade them because it's simple and even relaxing, not because I want to earn more.
Interesting point of view, but i think You're right! I also think this is stressful for most of us, but because we make it stressful for ourselves.

Actually this trade will not make anyone stressful if the trade is done only as a side job. Because it is intended to fill your free time, if you are lucky and engaged, you will get results. But if this trade is used as the main job to earn income, one can feel stress when the market is declining. But stress is actually something good. This can help a person optimize performance and keep a person in good condition.

It is incredibly stressful for me. I do trades all the time and sometimes use trading bots instead because they are basically trading for me instead without putting any emotions into it but no matter what I keep checking them as well. If any coin I bought decreases in price I get flashbacks of the famous bear run we had during $20k to $6k and I keep thinking I will lose all my money, it happened before when I bought nano and it dropped insanely and I keep thinking same will happen any time I get a coin.

Sometimes I sell them very quickly with a small profit or sometimes they drop and I buy more but when I buy it is insanely heavy thing to do because both I do not have too much money so buying a coin while its dropping is very stressful and also I keep thinking no matter how much I buy it will keep dropping and destroy all my money.

It really made me nervous. I did not listen to the advice of my friends. I did not invest long and only want to trade everyday to have a stable income and do not want to wait. As a result, people say I have my psychological symptoms and my resistance has deteriorated significantly when I went to the clinic. So I think we should not trade every day. Long-term investment will be better.

I feel very stress when I do a trade. Trading is very stressful for me. When I buy a coin then I feel the stress that when the price of the token will be increased. If the price of the token start to decrease, it is very stressful for everyone. On the other hand When I sell my coin and see the market start to increase, it also too stressful for me. So I can tell that trading is stressful for me.

Yes, trading is stressful for many, including for me. Any sensible person who is keen for something will be worried about the result. This is normal.
I found a way out of this situation for myself. I clearly plan the whole deal before I start trading. I determine the point of purchase of a particular coin, then I consider two scenarios of how events will go.
The first scenario is if everything goes well and the price of the coin grows. Here I define the point of sale. The second scenario is if something went wrong and the price starts to fall. I determine the point of sale with a negative turn of events.
Next, I just clearly follow the plan. Yes, in the process I'm worried, because I really want the price to rise. But a clear adherence to the plan greatly reduces the level of stress.
Try it and the result will surprise you.

trading for me is perfect where there is a need for skill, knowledge, mastery of emotions and distance from greed. if you are less than 1 point from the thing then you are difficult to be a winner in the market.
Anyone who deals with money and trading will have a high level of stress, we just enjoy the trading process so you will be more relaxed and enjoy

Trading can be stressful and can lead to illness. But we can trade with ease if we trade with a plan . If we have a trading plan we before hand decides how much we must make or lose. How many trades  i can do , what are my stop loss and take profit. Do not revenge trade when the trade is against you. Once you set your trading own plan try  and follow the plan

depending on if you don't have the expertise in trading and trading then you will fail, just like gambling.
You must learn first to know the market situation and then trade, if you lose continuously in trading, you can try it for the long term, buy it now and save it for at least 1 year.

yeah, maybe you are right. maybe I will stop for a while and won't be trading at all. just hold
