I think so depends if the coin has potential to rose in fame but that's hard to say/predict which coin is that. So I'd rather buy coins which is a little bit pricey atleast you are sure in your investment but there are some stories that earned so much in altcoins. So I guess it's not bad as long as you are extra careful on choosing.

This is fine if you can pick up the good coin. A coin worth less than $ 1 but with a well-developed platform will get very high, and you will get a profit. However, you should carefully study before investing.

What's your opinion on buying new emerging coins that are not yet on top and cost less than 1 dollar?
How do you decide whether they have potential to grow or not?

Why not? There are lots of potential coins these days. Most coins nowadays rates under 1$ and I don't see any negative thing about investing in it because most tokens which has grown so much before were also valued below 1$. It just depends on our patience. We should also look for the best token to buy.

I don't think you got it right, mate. The question should not be how much the coin is. The question should be how much future does the coin have. The price does not matter that much. At the start, coins have their assigned values. Some started at .01 cents. Some at 50 cents. Some at $1. Some at $5. Some are even starting at $50. If you want to invest, look at the project itself, not the price of their coins. Some coins that are under 1$ are worth investing, some are not.

You really shouldn't look at the price per coin.  Just look at the coins total marketcap, that will give you an accurate reading on how much potential return you can get.

It is possible to consider the issue of buying coins cheaper than $ 1. The opportunity for it to rise is very high. However, you have to see how the development team of the token works as well as the actual application of the token.

it depends on its usefulness. I feel it is appropriate, depending on the needs, and the type of offer that the coins have. but, so far, many people are using the coins under $ 1 to make a big profit.

It's an interesting strategy. Maybe you can make some money. Much more likely that cheap coins will rise sharply in price.
looking for cheap coins is very potential in getting a lot of benefits. I myself also looking for a cheap coin because if it has increased then it is big enough and good for me which capital is not too big

I think it is a good price to increase the profit for you. Personally I would love the cheap altcoins because I can buy more. And every time the market goes up, my money goes up a lot.
At low altcoins, it does not say too much to its value and potential for growth. Take a look at its Market Cap and reviews.

Lately, this is what I have been doing concentrating on cryptos below $1. But these cryptos must have a good use case before they get my attention to invest in them. Sometimes I even pick those below $0.10. With that one acquires so much with little instead of running cap in hand to bitcoin for a fraction. Any little increase in price of the penny stock gives you the investor a massive profit. The only knack here is patience to wait a long term for the crypto to mature. Not so many traders have the virtue of patience, anyway.

Well, judging a cryptocurrency based on its per coin/token value is certainly not the best option. For example, the #3 coin on coinmarketcap - Ripple (XRP) - is currently trading at below 60 cents per token and has a market cap of nearly $24 Billion!

Rather than judging a cryptocurrency by its per coin/token value, you should should judge it by its: chart, marketcap, and/or potential return (%). You could also add in a few other metrics like the company/currency's market share, market size, and notability of its brand.

Always remember that coins prices are volatile, it may go down  1$ but surely it will go high if you just be patient to hold and wait.. before buying that coins you must check its chart to know its history for you to know if it have the chance of growing.

I believe you can start trading at this time, you can see that bitcoin prices have been continuously decreasing in recent days and there are no signs of recovery, the market is constantly fluctuating. And it's hard to guess so you should trade short term by day, do not invest long term, bitcoin price cut to $ 6800 and still light.

I would say yes, especially if you are a beginner in terms of trading or investment and does not have much money to actually use as capital. It's never wrong to start in something small, especially as a stepping stone, and so, to know that there are a dollar worth coins or even less that still has good market cap and can be moved rather quickly, that's comforting for newbie investors because it gives them a ground to stand on as compared to seasoned investors that are more focused on high-valued coins.

I do believe in those coins if they have good product in the list.

For example, TIO values USD 0.48 today, but they have a handful collaboration with other ICOs that adds to their token value.
Also, their most anticipated product , Liquidity Pool is kicking in soon

I don't see anything wrong in buying coins even below $1, most of them are more likely to double in value than the expensive coins.

To be honest, instead of focusing on what to buy it is recommended to think about why you are buying something. Even if Bitcoin is trailing at $10k it doesn't make it expensive and if there is any other coin having price less than $1 doesn't mean that it is cheap. There are many factors out there to determine the value of any coin so one should never focus on the price part in the first place. In fact, in many cases, the risk is higher in the low priced stocks/coins and vice versa in the high priced stocks/coins.

I believe you should not buy any coin at this point, you can see that the market is constantly fluctuating and it is hard to guess, bitocin prices have been steadily dropping in the past two days and that has caused altcoin sharply reduced. I believe the bitcoin girl will probably continue to fall back to the $ 6000 mark in the coming days, so you should not buy at this point.

Yes, it is very good to buy the coin below 1$ but without having any potential it is completely waste of time and money. There are many coins the market which don't have any potential developments and this makes people loose their money, so while choosing we have to be very careful because all coins below 1$ will not give any profits.
