I dont think xapo is a scam i have not used it since 5-6 months..but when i used it worked fine for me always...instant withdrawals are available...i think this wallet is good for those who collect satoshi from faucets and have small amount in wallets..blockchainwallet is safest and best for bigget amounts

I'm the latest sucker that registered an account with Xapo. 

I have a few Bitcoins in my account and provided the necessary verification documents (copy of passport and proof of residential address).

Six days later not a peep from support. I've sent numerous emails to them to confirm if they received my verification documents. Only a screen pops up notifying me that my docs will be reviewed manually which can take up to 48 hours.

So far I'm very disappointed with this company. Guess I can kiss my bitcoins good bye.

If any one can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

I am still receiving random satoshis daily in my Xapo wallet. My past referrals in faucets are still "working" for me. I am surprised. lol. I have no issues sending out satoshis from my Xapo wallet but the minimum amount I need to send is 5500 satoshis.

Note I used the satoshi unit because I don't store much there.

I use this wallet too before but i experience of delay receiving confirmation code but other problem never experience yet.. i dont know now if they are still legit but i think you can still contact their support.

In the past i used xapo as my bitcoin wallet but it is not long since I thought of how they could survive if all delivery transactions biayakan relieved but I never get problems during use xapo. you must try contact ter costumer support agent to clear your problem, i'm not sure with the people they support agen not answer constumer complaint.

Well I up until tuesday May 23 I would of agreed with those that say it is not a scam. However after depositing .3 BTC to their site and then applying for a debit card my account was immediately blocked with no explanation and no response to half dozen emails.   I am coming to the point of believing that they are truly incompetent or they are in financial trouble and are annexing clients funds.  With no explanation from them, I am not sure what to believe.

well : here's my actual issue with xapo:  i have a debit card from xapo, i has already make several operations  via ATM's and all went fine ...
on 29 april, i have tried to withdrawal 150 euros ( 0.3949307 btc ) : the DAB said: "unsuficient funds"
wich is wrong.
so, i have tried to withdrawal a less amount ( 80 euros) , and all went fine.

the issue is : my first witdrawal attempt ( 150 euros = 0.3949307) wich was rejected, is still pending at this moment ( since 15 days now !) , and indeed i cant use this amount.. it's just marqued as "pending" , as xapo keep my funds  on hold..
 the second withdrawal attempt of 80 euros ( who work) is well "confirmed" since  more than a week now....
  
i precise: these 2 operations were made the same day, at same hour, at the same DAB... so why this difference of status  ??

i have contacted xapo customers service several times, but the only answer i got is: it could take some time for this  canceled transaction to be broadcasted..

this is "pendind" since 15 days  today !!  

xapo, i cant wait anymore : i need to see my money back ASAP now .

Got some news today about my issue with Xapo..  my funds  were finaly back to my account.
as we are today the 17  may, it took in finality  19 days for see my Bitcoins back to my wallet !
so, in conclusion : something goes definitively wrong with this service even if they are not scamers. ( i have to admit it ) how could i say it ... :That's was an experience...  

This is recommended that they are no scam but support is very poor just because of this many issues and rumors here about them they need to work on support for better competition in this fastest growing market

I dont think xapo is scam because i think xapo is safe wallet to put your bitcoin the annoying their is their website design and it is not very user friendly but i dont see for now that saying xapo is scam.

yeah their website is a little annoying but this doesn't meant hey are scam or not legit.

I am agree with you. ut there are somethings that not good at all. Like the login system, that's very anoying since we must wait for 30 seconds for skip the "popup".

is pretty hard to contact xapo support but they are no scam .
iam buing my bitcoins there since 6 months.

its why i dont use xapo anymore,its also happen to me,maybe it time xapo have down or have problem,but now i dont care about it,i'm not use xapo anymore. the only good news come from xapo is they try to work together with paypal.

And you are still using their services? Why? Xapo isn't the one and only online wallet (if you have to use one of them).
IF you are tired of their ads policy and spam mail just withdraw your bitcoins and use another wallet.
I am user of blockchain.info wallet and they never send single spam mail to me.

Xapo is not a scam.  The CEO is now on the board of directors at PayPal and the developers are behind the games are quite talented.  They have a good verification system and it seems safe to me, for now.

 Frankly I don't like to provide my personal information to any site.

Xapo is honestly great. I tried them a bit before and I had no problems whatsoever. I tried purchasing something on Xapo World and I waited approximately 10 minutes but didn't get a code or anything. So I emailed their support and they contacted me literally within 10 minutes. I thought it was just another company that made a support email but didn't really put forth action in it. Their support panel is great if you are receiving problems logging in or anything similar to that.

Yes, it's a bit boring to login there, need to wait code via cell phone every time. Better if they use an identifier like BlockChain.info.

But they are not scam. They are a trusted company (at least until now). Anyway, i still prefer blockchain wallet, i think it's more simple.

I tried xapo past 2 months i never experience like this.. but honestly im always having problem in login page while receiving a xapo confirmation..
but i think they are not scammers... because many people using it. if you still didnt receive anything from xapo support just make a flood.. maybe their answer you..
Next dont use their wallet better to use blockchain or electrum...
