How would a coach try to integrate him into the team for the long-term when he is most likely injured two weeks later the latest again? This won't work and I can understand when Pogba is substituted for other players that they are not very amused about that. Pogba won't become a top performer again.
Just like it happened at Realmadrid with Eden Hazard, who had several injury crisis while he was at the team, and each year everyone expected him to have a better comeback but Hazard kept declining and even became worst of a player, which forced him to retire at an early age, well I don't wish thst for Paul Pogba as well he's a great player and I think still has lots to offer to Juve but the way things are going he's become very prone to injury which is very bad for his career.
I do believe that it will take a while to make it happen, like get him back to shape and then get him to play properly, but that doesn't mean that he is going to suck forever, maybe there will be a stretch of time when he plays decently for them, or at least the fans hope so. Juventus faced a big difficulty last year, so it is understandable if they do not end up being that great right away.
