They have many star players and despite of their bad start of season, they gradually improved their performance and manage to challenge AC Milan for a second position. I have not seen any strict punishment like this in middle of season. In past events, clubs were punished at beginning of a next season, not like Juventus this time. It sounds like an unfair punishment on Juventus.

A severe punishment that must be felt by Juventus with this point deduction. Yes, they've fallen from the top 4 to the top 10 now. Yes, Napoli will definitely win this game. But, can the -1.5 handicap win the bet you place? I'm not sure. Take a deeper look at Salernitana's performance when they played at home. Even AS Roma and AC Milan only got 1 goal at Arechi Stadium. With a handicap of -1.5, it is likely that Napoli will get the same result that AS Roma and AC Milan got. This is a difficult match to predict in handicap betting (IMO).

Napoli proved that they can play so well under pressure. After getting a defeat by Inter Milan, they came back so strongly and had a big win against Juventus. It is an unbelievable win for many people I believe so. They broke a solid defense of Juventus which did not have any conceded goals in previous matches but suddenly got 5 conceded goals from Napoli.

Salernitana with their so weak defense will not be able to stop Napoli and if they want to have points, they must wait for other opponents in future weeks.

Its not the first time that Juventus have found themselves on the wrong side of the football law, but what I find to be unfair is the people in charge (the board) in charge of these decisions go scout free without any punishment. It's time for these club boards to be penalized for these errors and not the team.. Maybe a fine heavy fine will deter these guys , but either way so much resources and hard work go into these games and to deduct 5 wins from what you have is extreme!
