Juventus won't like to play in the conference league, not after all that has happened. They might just decide to drop and appeal the case again. It's very unfortunate that these things are happening. It's creating a lot of uncertainties, not only for Juventus but for other Serie A teams.

I don't think their position is threatened by either Roma or Atalanta. This back and forth from the Italian courts is bad. I am all for justice and enforcing rules, but they will try to defend against that again I guess and then none of the fans can either finally enjoy the success of their team or be angry about the failure. How often do they want to adjust that table and when? During the season, after the season. No club can really do any planning now because they may or may not be part of the Champions League due to some reorganizations in the table. They can still appeal the verdict at CONI if I am not getting this wrong. Nobody knows how long that will take. Zidane would never go there for that reason and any player considering going to Juventus will probably want a special clause implemented in their contract that they can leave if Juventus is not playing in the Champions League.
