You shouldn't be surprised that the odds are high for goals because just as you pointed out that Napoli are a defensive team, Inter haven't been producing much goals as of late and being that they are the visitors to the Armando Diego Maradona stadium, it will be a bit difficult for them to get goals like that.
Napoli just experienced a setback last weekend when they lost to Atalanta and I'm sure will not like a repeat of that and would want that if there are any goals being produced in the game against Inter, it should come from them and the fewer goals there is, the better.

Yes, A lot of mistakes happen during the match because of this, the coach is not replaced unless a bad record is created. But their record is not bad enough to change coaches. It's their choice but it would be nice to play in it. It should be Mancini and Ranieri. If they play well, their target can be broken. This will be their biggest mistake because they think that we will choose a coach who will be better than them. No doubt but they should not make this mistake as it can change their playing style.

Napoli is starting to drift with the bookies, it was as low as 3.5 now I see them at 4.10 at Stake, so probably people have started realizing already they are not the powerteam they looked like a few weeks ago when playing against weaklings.
