Surely AC Milan wants Inter Milan and Napoli to share points to ease their way to the top of the Serie A standings.
I agree with you, looking at AC Milan's current form, it looks like they will have no problem beating Sampdoria. Moreover, they will play in front of their own supporters, this is an advantage for them. However, they must remain focused on the match even though the opponent is below them.

I miss the match but I watch it on Youtube. I was amazed watching the match. Rafael Leao scored AC Milan's goals in this match in the 24th minute, as well as braces (two goals), Olivier Giroud (41 and 45+1) and Franck Kessie (79').
