Juventus will be working hard to reach the top of the table, but AC Milan, Napoli and Atalanta probably won't make it easy.
Juventus still has an opportunity to end in UCL zone. It is still in the middle of the competition, there are 19 matches left. Although they may not beat AC Milan in the second place, I am optimistic Juventus can beat Napoli and Atalanta if they are getting solid in playing and do their best in the next half-season. If we take a look at the results of the last 5 matches, they got 4 wins and only 1 draw. It indicates Juventus has changed to normal again and is ready to compete to be back at UCL zone.

Juventus have a solid squad. And can still make it to the top 4 before the season ends. Although, It won't be easy as they are 4 points behind Atalanta on the standings, and taking the 4th position from Atalanta will be difficult. However, You are right, Juventus drew 1 game out of their last 5 matches, and won the rest 4 with clean sheet. They just have to play more consistent on their next matches. Although, Juventus will be facing Napoli and Roma in their next two matches, which I think will be tough for them to win.

Juventus only left four points from UCL zone and I think looks easy for Juventus back to top position standing again but they need keep consistent on every match, right now Juventus have 34 points and and keep standing on number fifth above Atlanta have 28 points. For first standing position with Inter Milan Juventus left 12 points and I think looks easy if Juventus can win on every match. I hope second half season all team could more competitive and take points on every match.
4 points are not too much and with uncertainty, unstability of above teams, Juventus have due diligent chance to beat either Napoli or Atalanta. If Juventus takes over it, they won't easily to throw it away to other teams. Because they have good and experienced players. Their coach, Max is very smart and experienced. Let's see how Napoli and Atalanta can protect their positions under pressure from Juventus.

Additionally, behind Juventus we have Roma, Fiorentina, Lazio with 32 points an 31 points. Those clubs have only 7 to 8 points less than Napoli. Serie A has a very interesting race for last 2 positions in top 4.

For the UCL zone it is not difficult for Juventus, there is still a very big opportunity there but it's still a shame to see Juventus fighting for the UCL zone Juventus should be on the title track. From my point of view, indeed Juventus are not preparing for the title this season maybe because of financial effect I hope next season they prepare everything including looking for a replacement for Ronaldo.

I watched just a few those matches, including that of Roma draw against Sampdoria and about that I can say Roma should have won the game, they were goal hungry in the game and pushed with every possession, they were rather just unlucky to have conceded the goal not too long after how hard it took them to get the goal initially.
Roma have to work so hard and need luck from themselves and opponents as well to go far in this season. It is best if they can end this season in top 4 and join Champions League next season. It will give more motivation for star players to join Roma in summer transfer. However, I am doubtful that they can achieve this.

Recently Napoli has been a bit off form. Roma could take this opportunity. However, if they want to be in the top 4 of the points table, they must leave Juventus behind. It will not be easy at all. Juventus and Atlanta are doing quite well. If Roma were to qualify for the Champions League, they would have to perform well against strong teams. If they can't beat the strongest teams, they won't be able to get into the top 4.

What's going on in Napoli?  Located in the relegation line, Spezia defeated Napoli.  Juan Jesus unluckily scored an own goal.  Even though Napoli were effective offensively for the remainder of the Match, they did not win.  This is really sad for Napoli.  Talking about the championship 2-3 weeks ago, Napoli fell to the third place with consecutive defeats.  He may soon surpass them in Atalanta.  The point difference with Atalanta is only 1.

It's really a shame when they're losing matches which could have brought them closer to the top spot, and when they lose these games, it's usually in an absurd manner, I can't imagine losing to Empoli and Spezia all within 2 weeks without scoring a goal.

They won against AC Milan which can also be considered title contenders but lost 6 points to none title contenders  Huh

The funny thing about the match between Napoli and Spezia is that Spezia didnt have 1 shot on the match at all and was able to score a goal and that too me is really funny. Napoli losing some really important points in the battle for the title . Was thinking this was their year.

I see Juventus have gone through a change that means Allegri has fixed what was a problem before that made their squad bad, but to get 10 points is very difficult especially now that Milan and Inter are on fire they will certainly maintain their stability and add points by even then brilliant if Milan and Inter can be consistent. If Juventus is said to be king for now I don't think it's right, if last season it could be said yes but now he will not be restrained.
Inter are far more likely to be considered the kings of Serie A this season although AC Milan will not waste the chance to continue their fight back to the top flight.

I might be a little sorry to see AC Milan lose consistency in the previous few matches so that they failed to get maximum points, it happened in the last 2 seasons where they failed to win the title which will most likely be won at the end. season. Although now Juventus have found a way out to maintain their consistency, I'm not so sure they can do it without mistakes. Juventus will be working hard to reach the top of the table, but AC Milan, Napoli and Atalanta probably won't make it easy.

I'm not so sure about Juventus I think they are only competing for champion League tickets like last season even I remember last season Juventus was helped by luck when their competitors lose in the final match. I prefer Milan to spell Inter at the top if Milan stays consistent then the title hunt is interesting to wait for , meanwhile, Napoli is still not clear.

Today (or yesterday) a few Italian newspapers have drawn up the best team in Serie A from the first half of the season. Most surprising to me is that De Ligt is in it, because he has had to endure a lot of criticism in recent times. Not that it will help you much, Juventus is already having another dramatic season. I hope for AC Milan some time.

He has a lot of criticism because when Juventus is involved in something everything is an overreacting since the media here in Italy are for 90% against Juventus because in this way they will sell more copies/clicks.

De Ligt is the lastest problem of Juventus.

As we are right in the middle of the season in the Serie A now, things have started getting clearer than before. We have started having more certain opinions about which team have a bigger chance for the title and top four also. For now, my biggest candidate to win the Serie A title is definitely Inter. They are so consistent that they don't seem like they will lose their chance easily. Teams like Napoli, Milan and Atalanta also kept a good form for a long time and lost their form though. And Inter could have a tough period of time also. But I still think that they are a more credible team. And my second biggest candidate is of course Milan. They will do everything not to miss their chance for the title two times in a row.

For me personally, it will be boring if the scudetto are played by Milan and Inter, I love when the underdog is involved in the fight, and not the clubs that have been in the top for decades. As for Juventus, how good it is will be seen in the next round against Napoli (hopefully Napoli will come to its senses by this time), up to this point Juventus has been successful mainly due to a series of easy opponents.
About Inter, I agree they have achieved in Millenium years, Inter got 5 scudetto in the row, 2005 until 2010. that great achievement. But Milan, only 2003–04, 2010–11. and Juventus is the king of decades, got 9 scudetto in the row between 2011 until 2020. I hope so with Napoli and Roma. so far Napoli is just great in the Maradona era, while Roma in Francisco Totti era in 2000. but for this session, Napoli and Roma will be difficult to beat Inter and Milan on top when they don't build the team in January.

Despite the fact that Milan does not often win titles in recent decades, it is still the most titled club in the world (along with Real, I do not remember exactly who has 1st place), so obviously I put it in the group with Juventus and Inter, and not to Napoli or Atalanta.

Extremely unpleasant results in this round: Milan, Inter, Juventus scored points, while Roma, Napoli, Atalanta lost. Napoli managed to lose at home to Spezia - one of the worst teams in Serie A. It's good that yesterday I did not have time to place bets here - 100% I would add to the multi-bet match Napoli - Spezia and lose.

It depends on which side of the bet (coin) are you on, the winning side or the losing side. Grin
Luckily the results of Milan, Inter, Juventus, Roma, and Hellas Verona send me to the cashier with a nice Christmas "gift". The only reason that I didn't add Napoli to any of my Serie A bets, was the very low odds. One of Napoli's big issues is that they can't handle the pressure of being a favorite, so I prefer to avoid betting on them at such prices. Another game that they fail and the title looking to go away... Lips sealed

Sure  Grin Did you bet on Roma's draw? If you were so phenomenally lucky you should have guessed Spice's victory, I think the odds were around 20.

Indeed it is hard to talk about Serie A without talking about the king which is Juventus,,, and I know I should say very little because of the whole idea that I only followed this league recently and even so just from the news, but does the scandal of matchfixing involving Juventus make their reputation of winning titles in the relevant years any worse? Just asking from a perspective of an outsider Smiley
The King is coming back silently but they are coming back in reality. AC Milan and Inter Milan have to watch out Juventus very closely. They have good players and a very experienced coach, Max. If AC Milan and Inter Milan can not maintain their good and stable performance, it won't be a big surprise if we see Juventus join the Scudetto race in next 1 to 2 months. They have enough resources and experience to do it.

I don't think Roma board gives Murinho enough support to turn this team around, they got Tammy Abraham who is not a regular in Chelsea but a good player,I think in the January market Roma will be very busy to support Jose because he needs it,you can't employ a top coach like him and don't support him with transfer, they need to show ambitious and I know Murinho is evaluating his squad before summer.
Mourinho was signed by roma at the beginning of this season, and it is too early for us to say if mourinho has failed at rome, from some articles I read, the roma board still trust mourinho to manage the roma squad and even the rome fans still have great respect mourinho at this time, even Roma is still struggling in the UEFA Conference League and the Coppa Italia right now, so, the opportunity to win the mourinho trophy for roma is still wide open and as you said, if the transfer market january will be a great opportunity for mourinho to fix the roma squad .

Yes agree and also Roma was good at the start of the season but unfortunately Roma couldn't maintain that good trend and even now, Roma is under Juventus even though we all know Roma's performance at the beginning of the season was better than Juventus. But even so, Mourinho has not completely failed because after all Roma are still one of the teams that fill the top line of the standings so Mourinho will still be fine at Roma. At least Roma still has a chance to finish in the top five or maybe the top four, if in the upcoming transfer market Mourinho gets the exact players that can make Roma rise with high consistency, who knows.

There is still a lot of time for mourinho to improve Roma current position in the standings, mourinho is indeed an experienced coach and in terms of formulating a strategy of course we can't doubt it, seeing mourinho journey so far in managing a team of course I believe that mourinho will be able to improve performance Roma, but of course apart from relying on existing experience, mourinho must also be supported by players who can indeed follow his playing style so far and this is the task of the owner of roma to provide enough funds for mourinho to bring in the players that  really needs to strengthen Roma.

When the season started, Inter Milan was underrating, people though they won't be able to even occupy the top 4, because they lost their keys players. But, as we can see now, Inter Milan are doing greatly. They are presently leading on the Serie A standings with 46 points, and also they have high chances of winning the Serie A trophy. So far they have played 19 matches, and lost only 1. If they maintain their performance, I bet Inter Milan will end up lifting the Serie A trophy this season.
I tottaly agree with you i was a bit surprised to see that juventus were still the favourite even after some rounds when it was obvious that they were not the same anymore i am impressed to see inter perform this way they are the ones that deserve the title.

in my situation I made bets in this round of Serie A and lost money, I expected to win easily, but I was surprised with certain results such as the defeat of napoli, the draw of Roma, the draw of Fiorentina, I hope that in the next round I can recover my loss. I lost in 3 games and a multi. something very annoying, I was counting on it would be an easy profit Grin

I have big doubts about the success of Juventus. They have a very weak midfield line, without a single high-quality playmaker and no effective striker. Juve's recent victories are more of a combination of luck and low-level teams. I will assume that they will not even be in the TOP-4 in the end.

Their points are always the same in the end for Napoli and Milan Cheesy
On the other hand there is now just one game to go into the second half of the season and it is certain that Inter are now at the top for the second half of the season.
I hope for something good after the break, especially for Atalanta and Milan because it will be very exciting when they can catch up with Inter.
for Naples itself I feel now is about to start a turning point

Inter still have a schedule with Lazio and Atalanta. Indeed for Lazio, the chance to win is not so good. but, this match is also important for Lazio to catch up to the UEL zone. Then, Inter will face Atalanta, who is also not an opponent they can underestimate, maybe they can beat Inter even with only 1 - 0.

Napoli only has 1 big match schedule against Juventus, except they will face inter in mid february

Milan meets Roma and Juventus.

And I think the match against Inter is still difficult for Milan to reduce the points gap, but Napoli have better opportunity to do it than Milan.
it will be held in January and I think this is something that is quite tough for Inter because at the beginning they have to face two pretty good dark horse clubs.
on the other hand I hope that after this holiday they can make something good because these past few weeks they have been quite convincing, especially in their attack.
I expect something more in their next game.
on the other hand for lazio I'm not too sure that they can make a pretty good result against inter
