Inter Milan are playing at home, where they do best, knowing fully well that losing this game might cause them retaining their title,even a draw is not good for them, they might be behind Napoli but that does not make them a lesser team than Napoli, the season has not gone too far so we don't have to conclude everything,inter has a better team than them so am positive inter will get the three points but is going to be a tough game though.

Why not? Look at the statistics of Inter's games at home against Napoli, it says a lot. Inter is also a very strong team, which is not going to just give points at home, no Napoli, or for any other clubs. It is quite possible that there will be a neat game in which one goal scored can decide the outcome of the match. So why Inter can't score a goal, and close in defense? I looked at the odds of the bookmakers, for Inter win they give 2.1, and for Napoli the odds are 3.3, that is, according to the bookmakers, Inter is the favorite of this match.

AC Milan have better transfer budget and finance than Napoli and they have a few seasons with big transfers. However, the difference is AC Milan have less experience in competition for Scudetto with players they have now. I don't talk about their history.

Napoli in contrast have been in Scudetto competition with Juventus in a few seasons in the last decade. I see Napoli have more experience than AC Milan in this term.

Inter Milan over perform so far in my opinion. I did not expect them to play too well like this especially after they lost Lukaku and Conte. Somehow they managed to go through these loses and maintain their strength. Impressive!

It's true that neither AC Milan nor Inter Milan want to see the another Milan team win the Scudetto. The Serie A was dominated by Juventus in last decade and it seems in the past 2 seasons, we are witnessing the come back of Milans. They are strongest clubs in Serie A in past 2 seasons.

Expectations vs reality..
Although Serie A teams aren't consistent at all these years. Juve dropped a lot, Milan doesn't have the effort to keep up till the end, Atalanta impressed us but can't keep successive positive results, Napoli results are unexpected... So technically Roma was seen under Mourinho and his management as the favorite team to lead the table this season but unfortunately this picture crashed after few rounds, badly... I don't blame him although he blame everything other than himself for this as usual, the team needs sometime to play together and to improve but for how long supporters and Roma staff will accept seeing their team failing and risking european competitions..

It's also worth talking about Mourinho's personal expectations vs the reality and Roma's transfer policy. Mourinho is certainly in his repertoire when he starts blaming others for failures, but not himself. But still, before the appointment of the Portuguese, there were clearly some agreements with the club's management on the composition and transfers. Yeah its a really critical and difficult game for both teams both of them are solid teams napoli with an advantage of leadership and not losing yet but i dont think inter will lose this game especially at home they tend to do well against big teams plus they really performed well recently and against milan with those 7 points difference it wil be the motivation they need.

This week will be full of joy in Serie A. Besides Inter - Napoli game there are also Lazio - Juve and Fiorentina - Milan games. If Napoli lose points here that would be acceptable and they can compensate any loss, but if they win they will have a very good advantage and opponents will be in fear. In the last games Napoli in Serie A has won but scores only 1 goal and when playing against Inter, who also manages to have a good defense when playing against big teams, I would say that this game between Inter and Napoli will have few goals and will end in a draw. for Roma to be able to be champions, they need to hire good players to score goals, in defense they can be good when they try hard, they can't score many goals when they face big teams like Milan, Napoli, Juventus and others and they manage to have a good defense , but lose and concede a lot of goals when playing against small teams, this has been a big problem for the Roma.
