Inter got a really comfortable win today over Spezia by 3-1. In this away game, there was nothing able to stop Inter. Spezia weren't able to show a decent performance against them. And Inter really deserved the victory by playing really great. Until the Milan - Genoa game finishes, Inter are going to keep their lead in the standings. But I don't think that Milan would lose any points against Genoa. They are already 1-0 ahead and I don't see any reason for them not to increase the score difference more later on.

Inter is now the first in the table since a while but as you said most likely for less than 2 hours. Spezia scored a goal at 88th minute but Inter was already leading with 2 goals before adding the 3rd in extra time.
Milan @1.36 - Genoa @9.2. In case Milan get a draw, Inter will remain the first regardless of Napoli results with a 1 game advantage.

Inter are sure to win I think it's easy enough for him to top the Serie A standings.

Also regarding Lazio, I personally am not so sure Lazio will win easily but indeed, the chance to win is still there for Lazio but I personally predict Torino will be able to make the final result in this match a draw.

Milan have to win this game, they have be dropping point carelessly recently,and losing grip of the favourite first position in the title race,now that Inter Milan have started picking up point and kinda turning to form, AC Milan are playing at home so Genoa is not supposed to be an issue considering their poor form ( Genoa) and they are also in the relegation position in the Italian league table. I will bet on Lazio to beat Torino because Lazio is such a reliable team when playing at home and they also deserve Europe this season.

Roma has a successful quarter final in Conference Cup. I am surprised to know (after their win in this Cup) that Roma has 3 semi finals in the Europe Cups in last 5 seasons: 1 in Champions League, 1 in Europa League and 1 in Conference cup.

The match with Napoli will be important for Roma to hold their hope for the fourth position. They have yet given their hope up and 5 points are not too far from Juventus. If they can do their job well, they can hope with some mistakes from Juventus.

You're right Genoa will do whatever it takes to get at least a point even if it's a total defensive play. Meanwhile, AC Milan has struggled to get 3 points in these games and I think it will be an opportunity for Genoa to follow in the footsteps of other teams.
Indeed AC Milan is the favorite in this match, but who knows Genoa will give an interesting surprise in this match.

no one doubts Inter Milan can win, Inter Milan's performance in the last few games has been very good and at the moment they are competing with AC Milan for the top spot of course they don't want to lose points.
Spezia is also not a tough opponent for Inter Milan, currently Spezia is still stuck in 15th position in the standings, their last few matches have also been very inconsistent.
