They are far better there and they proved it by defeating Roma with a 3-2 score. Inter should watch out for them in this match not to lose. Inter haven't got a loss yet this season. They won't want this match to be their first one. I think that both teams will be able to score easily but it's tough to predict which team would be able to win.

Lazio lost their last match to Bologna, which made it their second losing match this season, and they won't want to lose again. They are currently at the 7th position on the standings, and therefore needs more points to enable them slide up on the table. My prediction on the game is Over 2.5, Although Lazio may win with a goal difference. 
He still needs an improvement strategy, he has 2 losses. that is different from the top 3 ranks (Napoli, Milan, and Inter) that never lost in the last 7 games. I personally still don't believe Juventus will win but for both teams to score, it looks very likely to happen. These two teams are still not optimal because they are still working hard to get back to their best form, especially regarding Juventus, but with the victory in CL which is certainly another boost to increase the morale of the players. Hard gameplay will certainly be presented in this match, I also hope Juventus will win but I'm still not sure, so betting on the number of goals or both teams to score is still a good option for me at the moment.
Do not underestimate what Juventus can do. I agree with you. Roma should be the one playing attacking football. As we know that Juventus is usually a team that is good at depending so if Juventus score the first goal, they will obviously shift to defensive gear. So Roma has to try to score the first goal and take advantage as early as possible. Also, have to appreciate Mourinho, he has used his squad to its fullest potential and they are now 4th in the league.
