the problem is a normal management change and gear change, it is not a CR7 related problem
you have to wait a few weeks to see the results, you can't do it like Inter Milan of years ago (Moratti management) who changed coaches every month (it's not healthy)
We should be seeing this as a half-half thing, it is both true that having Ronaldo is a great addition but we should also realize that not having Ronaldo is not doom neither, you could be better with a player and not suck without him at the same time, those two things are possible all together. That's at least what I believe is true for Juventus. Like if Kane left Spurs that would make a huge dent, Ronaldo wasn't a deal like that anymore.
