I watched it live, Juventus was robbed, period. They still played like shit tho  Roll Eyes

Agree, it seems players are not following Sarri.
Anyway, you know with Only the red card after 40 minutes on Kessie that would be a different game.

Usually, Juventus is not a team that sacks before the end of the season.

Rare times happened and it will case will happen only for a disaster like out of Champions with Lione (if they play like this is porabable) out from Coppa Italia and out from the run for the Serie A.

In June it will be a different thing.

oh and if we are speaking about uncalled fouls here Ibra got elbowed on his head by Cuadardo if I'm not mistaken .

This is a red car without any doubt, elbow on the face far away from the ball for no reason.

Also this one, another elow on the face for no reason but the one from kessie was worse.
I didn't watched the whole game, I just watched the highlights but it looked liked the referee robbed the game from both teams. I mean there was bad calls for both teams which means the game could have been totally different if the ref gave right calls, I mean totally different. I can't say this team would win or the other team would win but it is certain that the result would be different if the game was properly officiated.

The only silver lining in this game was seeing Ibrahimovic once again playing at a good level, I wasn't expecting him to play well at his age but he showed that talent alone could make you better than many players. Normally at his age people should not be playing that well and usually get benched by a younger talent, he showed everyone he still deserves his spot.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
Very bad Juventus performance last night. One of the worst displays recently. Juve needs to be very worried that their midfield is not creating any scoring chances. No support from the middle. None of the midfield options, except Bentancur are capable of dribbling past an opponent. They don't go one-on-one and win the duels. There is no strength and fighting spirit and willingness to create a scoring opportunity.

Their game is not concentrated so it is not frivolous in processing the ball ahead, well indeed this bad appearance is still given good luck because in the final minutes Ronaldo was able to score for me it was a lucky goal.
I don't think Juventus will have the same fate as Inter Milan vs Napoli.

Juventus are always lucky not to lose in the final minutes. But unfortunately their game was indeed bad, a very lacking attack compared to AC Milan. Of course AC Milan dominated the attack, although they still lost the ball.

The fate of Juventus is not the same as Inter had to accept defeat by Napoli with 1 goal, while Juventus were still given the opportunity in the final minutes and this could still reciprocate in the second leg later in Juventus cage.
Looks Cristiano Ronaldo is now increasingly shining in Serie A because it continues to score his only goal whether the triumph of Ronaldo will continue in the next few seasons.

<...> looks like every team wants to win this Coppa badly!
Yeah, I'm actually suprised all four teams used their best starting XI's.

Only one win in the last 4 games  Shocked Shocking! Good thing is that they'll have a couple of "easy" games in the next two weeks (Brescia, who are currently 19th, 20th position SPAL, and then Lyon in the Champions League). If Juven can't win comfortably against all of those teams then Agnelli better start looking for Sarri's replacement asap.

Another draw from juventus after a poor performance at the weekend.
I didn't watch the match and juventus didnt score 0.5 each half lol.

Sarri switched higuain for dybala to lead the line, it looks like the pressure is getting to him
If the poor performance continues, do you think sarri would remain at juventus till end of season
Playing Juventus over 0.5 in each half is kinda risky I will rather go with Man City or Liverpool if wanna play such game

Eventually if Sarri can deliver in champions league I think that the pressure will be taken off his shoulder, the defeat from Hellas Verona was really shocking despite leading by a goal,

Allegri was sacked due to the fact that he did not win a champion league for the past 5 years that he coached Juventus, despite winning the league  four times consecutively out of the five years with Juve. If Sarri could win the Champions League for them,  his contract will definitely be extended.

Temporary forum vacation
Considering that Inter Milan were playing at home with a strong squad, and Napoli lost to Lecce 2-3 last weekend, I think going with Inter to WIN last night was the right call. I also lost my acca but what can you do?  Cheesy
Second leg is going to be really good. Too bad we have to wait 3 weeks for it.

Tonight: AC Milan - Juventus. BTTS @1.70 would've been my pick for this game. Does anyone know if CR7 and Ibra will play tonight?

Exactly. Napoli form has not been good at all while Inter has, so you would definitely have put the smart money on them,,, but as they say football is round.

I could not watch the match last night but AC Milan draw is a good result for both teams I guess. But from the violence I read in the reports, looks like every team wants to win this Coppa badly!

I think that both Juventus and Inter are more focused on the Serie A rather than in the Coppa Italia at this point. The Serie A is very tight right now with three teams being divided by only one point so I think that is the reason why both Inter and Juventus didn’t win their games in the Coppa Italia.

Looking at the lines up of both team (Inter and Juventus) for the last matches on Coppa Italia, it shows that they are using their best players. No significant changes or player rotations, so they do not take this Coppa Italia as a secondary title to win. I do believe all teams on the Semi-Final are doing their best to win the title.

if I had waited the first 30 minutes of the game to place a bet, I certainly wouldn't bet on the inter and that game. <...>

I don’t think anyone could have seen this coming as Inter Milan have a very strong squad now, and I too was expecting them to win this match but maybe it seems they were over confident and they paid the price for it.

Though this match ended in a draw, but i feel it’ll give lots of hope to Ac Milan that they can definitely defeat Juventus in the second round and I have to admit with all those red cards shown, and the penalties awarded this was an epic match to watch. Furthermore I don’t think Sarri will get the sack so soon, due to the unavailability of any good coach hence Juventus will be forced to wait till the end of the season before they decide to sack him.

Lol. Milan were able to draw Juventus at home, I think this is an extraordinary surprise where Milan was able to score first by Ante Rebic, on the other hand Milan was also very last night in his defense so it is difficult to be redeemed juventus.
But at the end of the minute Juve get a penalty and the end was successfully scored by Ronaldo.
It was sad to see Juventus last night.

2 missing red cards for milan, 2 penalty missing for Juventus and Milan is winning 1-0  Roll Eyes

Don't worry they got the penalty they want when Calabria got booked for a hand ball in the penalty area. I really thought that they'll be getting away with a 1 goal win especially when they were 1 man down in the 75th minute. That call against Calabria really pissed me off but the ref asked for VAR and he saw everything. Regarding the uncalled foul against Cuadrado I think the ref let it go since the cross was really far away and there is really no chance for Cuadrado getting it, if the pass was near him and it was a goal-opportunity I can see the call go on their way. Oh and if we are speaking about uncalled fouls here Ibra got elbowed on his head by Cuadardo if I'm not mistaken .

You already lost your bet as Juventus fail to create any goal in first half now we are in second half with still 0 - 0 look like we are going to have just 1 goal or goalless match.
In first match Napoli  won against Inter this was shocking result as I was not expecting from Crap Napoli they can won against Serie A leaders like this.
Now it is worse, 1-0 for Milan  Embarrassed
Can Milan hold this score until the end of the game or it will just collapse like what happened vs Inter?

Milan Juve this evening, is exatly 35 years from the last win for Milan vs Juve on Italian Cup...

Squad list source: https://twitter.com/juventusfc/status/1227657734595715077

The match is going to be an interesting one, because Juventus comes into this match after bottling a 1 nil lead in their last match and likewise Ac Milan comes into the match equally after bottling a 2 nil lead to Inter Milan. Both teams will be careful and be wary of losing another lead tonight.

Juventus is a shaky team, and it feels AC Milan will throw the game at them, Maybe Juventus is up to the task is what we are going to find out.

I will go for juventus to score 0.5 goals both halves.
